It was great learning about the history of Dallas and some of the spirits who don't want to leave it. Our guide, Abigail, was very engaging and knowledgeable. She got everyone on the tour involved in discussing and exploring the spots we visited.

I really enjoyed the tour. I do however have some suggestions for it that I think would make it more memorable. I would have liked that the establishments where we went to buy our drinks had a designated place for us and maybe had someone go and either tell us a fun fact about the establishment. Or also, giving complimentary something (ex. chips and salsa) and maybe even having drink specials for us. Not saying I wanted free drinks but telling us their specialty, etc.

Despite getting constant reminders throughout the day when I turned up at the allotted venue there was nobody to greet me. I waited 30 mins and phoned the tour operator to be told there wasn’t a tour scheduled that day. Viator have shunned responsibility for taxi fare compensation and the tour operator won’t assist. The tour was fun and Jake was great. The tour focused on visiting bars and drinking, with a few ghost stories told on some stops in between the bars. There were like 100 Santas at one of the scheduled stops, but we just went to a different bar. All in all a good tour. It wasn’t amazing but it was about what I expected.

We had a very great and fun group that made the experience better. - Ariana What she said - Briana Not what you’d expect , the stories are interesting, the vibe is great, the guide Abigail is very patient and allows you to spend time taking pictures so you dont feel rushed. I personally wouldve loved to actually go in some of the buildings we spoke about but I understand why we cant. We were hoping for a little more spook. Maybe going into a haunted place besides the bars . It was fun could have been more to it . Our guide Abagale was awesome . She was very enthusiastic about her job . She did make it a good experience. She deserves a 10 or 5 stars !!

This was the best ghost tour I have ever been on! Our tour guide, Taylor, did such a great job of highlighting all the haunted spots. I went with a big group, and we each had our own separate experiences. The most memorable part, for me, was definitely the Green Door Public House! The restroom is haunted. When you walk into the hallway towards the restroom something in the air changes. You immediately feel the air get heavy. And don’t get me started about walking into the actual restroom!!!! Trust me, this tour is worth it!!
