    Not 27 waterfalls, not even 7.

    The nature is amazing, but the experience was polluted by the shear number of people they are funneling through the falls. Reservation says maximum group size of 10, we were in a group os 40+ easily. The hike up was at a very rapid pace and we were towards the back, so the "rest" stops were non existent for us (basically by the time we got there the rest of the group was ready to go). We waited in line for 45 minutes to make the first jump! I think we came up behind another big group and had to wait for them. There was also another group of 40+ that came up behind us and had to wait. Wait times like we were at Disney. Once we got into the water the movement was stop and go. Wait here, rush thru this part. Wait here. Alot of waiting for guides to take pictures for people that bought the photo package. We only did 2 jumps and 3 slides- definitely not 27 waterfalls, not even 7! Overall, it was fun, but not what we expected and not what we thought we were paying for.

    Beautiful place. Great day and weather. Unforgettable experience. Maicol was our guide and did a great job and went out of his way to help enjoy the experience. Ask for him! Would definitely do it again

    Felt a bit like a scam... Plan the trip yourself instead and go early early morning! When we hiking to the waterfalls our guide said that we could only do 7 waterfalls due to low water levels due to little rain. Fair enough, but then we should have been compensated as the 7 waterfall tour is cheaper. We did the tour very early (start at 8 am) which we recommend as we had it for ourselves and bus after bus came in when we got down. We had to wait over an hour for the buffet to open and it quite disappointing.. Our waterfall guide did not speak English even though we had bought the English tour. Our tour guide was not to be found when we got down so we had to walk around the entire place to find him.. We also booked transportation through the tour where got hazzled even though the taxa driver was super nice. Definitely not worth the money!

    At no point did Viator indicate this activity was 6hrs away by road from hour hotel. As soon as we found out, messages and phone calls went to dark hole

    It was an amazing time, no problems checking in, and the staff was ready for us to go right away. Even without a lot of water in the rivers, it was great.
