    A driver will be waiting for you at the cab stand outside the La Romana cruise port. He will check that all participants from the same cruise ship, CARNIVAL cruise, are present, using a list provided by us. The cab will take you directly to our office in Bayahibe, where we will be waiting for you to depart on your excursion.

    Fantastic day out and the crew really looked after us. Plenty of rum and spirits me beautiful stops along the way. Recommend
    Great start bad ending

    The crew was great. The island was beautiful. The buffet lunch was delicious. There were a few issues that made the trip less than five stars: They did not have snorkel equipment for children, or even enough life vest for all of the kids. The private beach we snorkeled on was full of huge horse flies that were constantly biting us even with bug spray. The biggest issue we had was that the boat broke down on our way home. There was no communication about what was going on, or even an apology when we finally made it back to the dock. We arrived over an hour later than we were supposed to and were completely exhausted. Some couples missed their dinner reservations. No comment or apology was made to us. We were not happy at the end of the trip. So although the trip started great we ended on a sour note.

    Thank you for your comment and feedback. We completely understand your dissatisfaction regarding the return trip, as indeed the boat experienced a minor issue. However, please rest assured that we have been in communication with the boat crew since the beginning of the problem and took immediate action to resolve it on the same evening. The next day, the boat was able to set sail again without any issues. Sometimes, situations like these are beyond our control but we strive to rectify them swiftly. We take pride in our professionalism, which is reflected in our excellent reviews on social media. We do not appreciate receiving negative feedback for such incidents.     Cristian was an excellent guide. Great knowledge of the area and very helpful. The tour was great and we had an excellent time. It's a long day but definitely worth seeing, it was so beautiful!
