This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I forget my guides name but he did a great job of guiding me and another driver out into the open marina area. The jet skis were pretty easy to operate. Its a little scary at first jumping the waves of you're not use to it. Overall i was very satisfied with this adventure while out on vacation.

Our instructor Ahmed was absolutely incredible, he gave my son and I an amazing experience on our very first jet ski experience. Thank you so much for making our morning a memory that will not be forgotten. He took amazing photos and videos, that no sooner my son uploaded on his IG...lol. The view was breathtaking and so relaxing and of course fun.

It was mine and my partner’s first time doing it. At first it was a little bit scary but after a few minutes everything was amazing. We got used to it and the trip was amazing. We saw some amazing views and the instructor stopped outside Burj Al Arab and Atlantis to take pictures of us for free. Everything about this was worth it. SPECIALLY GRATEFUL TO AHMED - our instructor. The most friendly and professional instructor and very kind person. Thank you Ahmed and thank you Nemo waterspouts. Untill next time

Jet skiing was fun. One of the other guests jet ski died which resulted in them needing to bring him a new one. Unfortunately this didn’t allow me to go further other into the tour with the guides as it ate up the 30 mins allotted for my excursion.

Very well organised shaded check in with changing facilities & lockers. Jetski were in great condition & our guide (Farrah? Sorry if we got it wrong!) was a brilliant & attentive guide out on the ocean. He took plenty of great footage & photos on our phone for us. Would definitely recommend & use this company again

Sako was an amazing tour guide! He was patient and we felt we could trust him.He took some amazing photos and videos of us and even allowed some extra time so that my husband could jump in the water. I highly recommend booking this excursion and ask for Sako to be ur tour guide.

Fantastic - highly recommend - Ahmed was a brilliant instructor. My son came back saying it was the best experience of his life. We really really enjoyed it. All staff were friendly and gave us a video and photos at the end downloaded to our phone. Will go back on our next trip to Dubai.
