Poorly organised

Had high hopes for this tour but was run really badly Started with an earlier than expected pickup we were asked to be ready an hour early even though pick up time was confirmed only 2 days prior Some of the guests were late at other hotels meaning we were late leaving dubai and our first stop at the mosque was rushed meaning we didnt get to see everything. But when we got back to the meeting point the guide wasnt there withthe bus we looked everywhere with another passenger for 15 minutes even tried the contact numbers we had with no answer He finally returned with a seemingly made up excuse. Several other passengers were still not there so we waited After another half an hour we left to the next stop without them By this time we were running very late so we got an extremely rushed city tour comprising of driving past several hotels and a quick drive past thepresidential palace .All interspaced witb the driver receiving countless phonecalls from the people left behind and i believe the company he worked for. We then had to pick them up at another location and then had to endure an animated screaming match between the passengers and the driver i was concerned it would result in physical violence All the while pushing us later We were taken to a market to sample and purchase dates and other products .we purchased some with the guides help as we hadnt had time to have lunch because we were running so late . We then were taken to ferrari world where we had to wait 15 minutes for the guide to park because he only had e tickets and had to come to the gate with us then instead of allowing us in straight away he took time to tell us what time to return to the bus he told us 730 then 700 if we felt like it . When he took us to the gate our bags were searched and all foodstuffs including the dates we had bought were confiscated. The guide said he had forgotten tbey werent allowed and offered to keep them for us .but they dissappeared. We returned to the bus at 715 to find all the other passengers waiting and the driver very angry about waiting even though we were early back . We then endured a very tense ride back to dubai with 1 group angry with the driver and the driver unwilling to speak to us in english . All in all extremely bad tour with a guide unable to deal with problems. Not reccomended
