Muy mala experiencia, un tour que ofrecia guia de habla ingresa, que también tomaba fotografias, y solo.tuvimos un conductor que no hablaba ingles, nos dejo en la entrada del primer lugar del tour y solo fijo go...sin ninguna indicacion adicional, no nos siministraron el agua que indicaban, tuvimos que llamar por celular a la agencia, y fue y compro dos botellas de agua, el tour decía que incluia 3 sitios y uno de ellos estaba cerrado desde hace 2 años y cuando le dijimos esto al encargado dijo que a el le aparecia abierto cuando buscaba en google. Era un tour historico ya que se trataba de un sitio patrimonio de la humanidad por lo que era necesario el guia y su explication como lo ofrecia el tour, era lo que le daba el valor que estabamos pagando, por tal motivo estaré haciendo la queja a viator para que reconozca parte del dinero, ya que los servicios prestados no fueron los esperados, espero que viator de una respuesta a favor porque por get your guide tome otros 3 tour y con ellos me fue muy bien.
