Fun, informative, beautiful

Very informative tour by Francis and the driver (forgot his name). Francis gave us a lot of information that was new to me. Now I know how to buy good quality saffron. Also, he helped with negotiating at the souk. At the end of the tour when we were out of power to walk the driver took us to couple of places to see from the car. I enjoyed the tour and will repeat when I’m back with the kids.

Saif was a great guide. Communication and pick up were great. There was some trouble picking up other people but it worked out. We saw so many sites and had enough time for photos. We wish there had been at least 45 minutes at the mall for lunch as there was little opportunity to eat on such a long tour. Bring food! Way better than doing a hop on hop off bus!! Thanks!

Good tour guide, but time was cut short and locations were missed

Sarah was an informative and accommodating tour guide. However, 3 locations were missed - Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. Moreover, our tour was only 5 hours including pickup and dropoff, not 6, as stated on the website.

My husband and I had the most amazing trip. We were collected from our hotel by our guide Saif. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the beautiful sights we were visiting as well as giving us lots of history and stories about the culture of Dubai as we drove along. The driver was also very good. We appreciated both taking us to the best photo spots to capture the beauty of Dubai and taking photos for us to treasure. This was a truly wonderful experience and made all the better by our guide Saif and the driver.

Best Vacation Tour

This tour was great from the beginning to the end. Our tour guide Safi and his driving kept us safe all around. There were 5 guest in all and they treated us like royalty. We didn't had to walk far or wait for picks. We were taken to several locations for photos and shopping and we even made a surprised stop at a bakery for cake sampling. I will recommend this trip to all.

Amazing Dubai

What a great tour this is of Dubai. It was a full day tour and we saw all the major sites in Dubai at a nice leisurely pace. Our guide Francis was excellent, he had a great knowledge of Dubai and he made sure we all had excellent photo opportunities. He was so good taking photos at each site that we never missed a photo. Unusually for Dubai it had a major rain downpour which caused the roads to flood but it did not stop the tour and Francis kindly organised some local food to be delivered directly to the tour bus which was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this tour, it was good value for money and it will give you a great experience of Dubai new and old.

The tour was great, I would recommend doing it on the first day of your visit as it gives you a glimpse of what Dubai has to offer. The tour guide was engaging, informative & patient which made the tour memorable, absolutely loved the refreshments. I would do it again next time if other locations are on offer.

Quick but Concise Tour!

Great half day tour to see the top sites on Dubai! Tour guide Francis was wonderful and very informative! Hotel pick up was easy and punctual. Loved that the tour ended at the Souks because we chose to just stay there instead of going back to the hotel. Only thing I would change would be to choose the option that allows you to go up the Frame. I had picked the Mall but we just walked through it without stopping and took some pictures in front of the Burj Khalifa. Would have liked some time on our own at the Mall but I should have read into the tour more before picking.

Adham was an excellent guide. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Unfortunately the tour is not designed for extensive shopping, and the places visited will entice you. Nonetheless, this was a great option to do on day 1 of your stay in Dubai, then from the tour, determine which places you will visit again for longer periods during your stay.

Our tour guide francis was excellent, he took his time and explained the interesting facts about the sites we visited. Also was more than happy to answer any questions we had and was very engaging throught the whole trip. Also providing complementary drinks and snacks for us. The driver Mohammed was great every time we made a stop he got up to open the doors for us and when leaving the sites he always arrived on time to pick us up.
