Pick up from the hotel / drop-off at Dubai Mall. Pick up time : 9:00 am to 9:30 am *Pick up timing will depend on your hotel locations. (Marina and Palm areas will be around 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 am ) Drop off will be at Dubai Mall. Return transfers after your Dubai Aquarium / Zoo visit will be at your own expense.

What To Expect

Start your 4-hour tour with a pickup from your central Dubai hotel. Meet your expert guide, hop inside your climate-controlled vehicle and begin your sightseeing while learning about Dubai’s history and culture.

Take photographs of a picturesque creek, and visit Dubai Museum, set inside Al Fahidi Fort. Admire the towers of this 18th-century fort, and head inside to explore the displays on Dubai’s history. Chart the city’s past to 3000 BC through the artifacts and antiquities, and learn about life here before the oil boom of the 20th century.

This is the most terrible city tour...

This is the most terrible city tour i have ever been too. We booked this tour paying the price thinking that this will be carried out in a small group of max 8 people but we were terribly wrong. Although the tour package says small group, we were transferred to a big bus and there is at least 15 people on the bus. I did not know which part went wrong. The driver cum tour guide was late in picking us up from the hotel even though he called us to confirm the timing the same morning. Forget about greeting us, he did not explain where we were going after he was done picking the rest of the people for the same tour there were 6 of us in the car. He drives recklessly and transfer us to a big bus without any explanation. He is the most boring and non passionate tour guide that I have ever met. He introduced the city and landscapes without turning his head or pointing to the architecture. Also, we did not know that there is a monorail experience in the tour and that we have to pay extra for that. We did not go for the experience but end up having to wait on the bus for the others. That is a total waste of time. Also, no water is provided at all and we totally feel that the tour guide has no interest in taking us around. We cant wait for the tour to be over and done with. At the end of the tour, we asked if they can drop us off the mall of emirates which is 10 min walk from our hotel and he agreed. What we did not expect is he dropped us along the road next to the exit of a highway and we are expected to climb over the road barrier to walk to the mall. He quotes the reason saying the bus is too big and hence cannot drop us nearer the mall. What he can do at the bare minimum is to drop us at a proper and safe place. This is the most terrible experience for both of us and we will never recommend this tour to our friends all all. Please work with this local operator to ensure that a better service quality is provided and they represent Dubai and will affect how tourists view the city.
