Pick up is included from Hotel / Accommodation. Drop off will be at Dubai Mall. After your Burj Khalifa Viewing you you will have to return to your hotel by your own. Estimated Pickup time : 8:30 am to 10:00 am depending on your hotel location. Pick up timing will depend on your hotel location. Please coordinate with your local tour operator regarding excat pick up time. Deirra to Bur Dubai : 8:15 am to 9:30 am (approximately ) Downtown - Shiek Zayed : 9:00 am to 9:45 am (approximately ) JBR and Marina area pick up at 10:00 to 10:30 am

What To Expect

Expect convenient pickup at your Dubai hotel in the morning. Meet your guide and group and head for the oldest part of Dubai, where you will explore Dubai Creek and the Dubai Museum (ticket included). At the museum, learn about local culture and tradition, as well as the role of women in UAE culture. 

Take a ride down Dubai Creek on an abra, or traditional boat, for views of the city, followed by visits to the Gold Souq, the Spice Souq, and the Textile Souq.

Head over to the modern side of Dubai to see the Jumeirah Mosque, then the Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Marina, and the city's newest addition, the Dubai Frame. 

Conclude with drop-off back at your hotel.

The tour was to visit main landmarks...

The tour was to visit main landmarks in Dubai. We were taken to Atlantis, drove past palaces and then taken to jumeriah mosque,,the tour was to include Dubai museum, however this was omitted from the tour and when asked told they could take us but wasn't part of the tour. The start of the tour was late. In addition to this we drove through the areas of bur Dubai and Deira. we were picked up late causing a 4 hour tour to last 7 hours in total. The tour guide didn't seem interested and spent most of the time in between on her mobile, she didn't appear to be very knowledgeable. It appeared that the tour was arranged with Saifco and the contracted out to Rayna Tours. When we contacted the tour operator, he text to say they were looking into the matter. He did contact us,however I missed the call and when I tried to return the call thee was no response. The worst part off the tour was at the end, were the group were taken to a Bollywood a store similar to Poundland but worse. We were forced to spend an hour in there while the tour guide did her shopping. When asked if we can be dropped back at our hotel we were told to arrange our own taxi at our own cost. The tour I feel was not to the standard expected given the reviews on viator. Very disappointed
