Pick up time Evening 18:30 pm to 19:00 pm • Confirmation will be received at time of booking • Children must be accompanied by an adult. • Boarding will be by 20:00, and the cruising will be from 20:30 for 2 hours. • Please note the shared hotel pick-up is between 19:00 to 19:30, and there maybe delays due to the traffic before the transportation manages to reach you. • Drop-off time is approximately 23:00 Hotel pick up and drop off will be provided. Please call us at least 48 hours prior to the tour date .

Disappointing Cruise

We booked this cruise for the last night of our holiday as it seemed to be a 'must do' for Dubai and the reviews seemed good. However, sadly we were very disappointed. Starting with the positives - the pick-up/drop-off from hotel was very good, as with all of the tours in Dubai and the food was edible (what was left of it...I'll get to this later) and the entertainment was ok, but pretty basic. The less so positive - the cruise felt extremely unorganised. We boarded 30 mins after we were due to start and the management couldn't seem to control some the hoards of customers who decided to push to get onto the boat even though we had allocated seating. Similarly the food buffet was set up with no announcement or plan for tables taking turns, so the same rude guests ran to the front and went to get their seconds before many of us had eaten at all. The management did nothing about this and said 'why don't you go to the front'! When the entertainment started, it was hard to see because those at the front just stood up, again nothing was done by the management here. For the money we paid, I would have expected a much better service. The management of the tour need to control rude customers better so that it doesn't ruin the experience for others.
