We booked this in good faith through Viator but when we got there the Frame was closed!! We had spent money on taxis getting there and didnt realise we’d have to get yet another taxi Global Village. We were so fed i at this point we decided to ask for a complete refund not wanting to waste more money. This was refused by Viator and no clear reason given. The company suggested we go the following day!!!! We had plans to leave and visit Abu Dhabi so this wasn’t possible. Very disappointed in Viator.

Sir when you informed us Dubai frame closed same time we checked with them and informed you. Due to an event they closed it and tickets you can use any other day.

This can only be found in dubai. Like a gigantic expo. A large number of countries. Culinarily, everything is there. Like a fairy tale of thousands and one night.

No fireworks! Had specifically visited for fireworks

Sir we provide tickets only and try to save your time to stand in queue to buy tickets from counter.
For firework and any special event arrangement depends on Global village management.

Went at around 7pm. The place was already busy , however not uncomfortably
The area is massive and be prepared with comfy shoes on 😀. Loads of outlets for eating from basic snacks and ice creams to higher end food as well
The place is spotless clean and certainly has a great vibe about it. We didn’t wait for fireworks and headed for a Taxi back to the Palm. No waiting time at all for taxis which is a bonus
Overall a great wee night and many laughs with all the different stallholders
Defo well worth a visit and you could spend many hours at it

The main event we went for didn't happen tht was the fireworks so we were disappointed as we had little children whom we kept saying look fireworks will come but there was none

Very unique experience. Foods and vendors from all around the world. Definitely plan to stay several hours to be able to fully explore everything
