If you've snorkeling in the Caribbean, Philippines, or the pafic then you'll be very disappointed. All the corals are dead but there's pretty fish and lots of sea urchins. And Jumeirah is not better. Dubai is not a good place to dive or snorkel. The instructor Hamza was amazing, he made it extremely easy for first time divers. I recommend you contact the company and verify they will be food and at least water because none was available for us and we didn't bring enough money to buy food so the 2 hour drive back to Dubai was awful. Also pickup time is not 9am it's more 7 am but the waters are too foggy until around 11am so you'll just be lounging around waiting most it. I wish I just went snorkeling in Atlantis. I didn't want to because it's man-made but there's reason they had to build it.

Well, pickup was at 6AM and I overslept and missed it. They had my number and didn't even call! No rescheduling and no refund. They could be a bit flexible, it's a holiday trip, not a work appointment!

Dissapointing and misleading

It was a bit different than what was told before. There was no boat like the picture. We just made one stop to snorkel and stayed there for 2/3 hours. And there was no 'live bbq-lunch'. We had to pick a meal before departure and could eat it after the trip out of a aluminium box.

Plongée top mais déçue de certaines choses

La plongée est super, nous avons eu la chance de voir beaucoup de choses, malgré un courant très fort. Le petit hic est que la plongée ne dure qu’une heure, en effet ils annoncent un retour vers 16h/17h alors que nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel à 15h (sachant qu’il y a 2h de route). Le repas du midi étant censé être compté dans la journée, mais à notre grande surprise, pas du tout de nourriture prévue donc pas possible de manger avant 15h, sachant que la journée démarrait à 7h… Les guides étaient très gentils mais nous qui voulions plonger plus longtemps ça a été compliqué d’y retourner ils nous avaient enlever le matériel (palmes etc…). Bref pour le prix vous pouvez trouver bcp mieux même si la plongée en elle même était géniale !

Puntuali e molto gentile il personale. La barriera è purtroppo come spesso capita molto compromessa... i pesci ci sono però niente di eccezionale. Avevamo il pranzo incluso ma si erano dimenticati. Ad ogni modo hanno recuperato prendendoci del cibo al ristorante. Sosta per snorkeling in un solo punto

Excursión de Esnorquel - MALA

El proveedor en destino NO ASISTIÓ a recogernos el día y hora de la RESERVA. Nos envió un pedido de confirmación para realizar la excursión al día siguiente; cosa que aceptamos, pero el día que habíamos asignado en principio, lo perdinos en destino. La excursión en sí misma es MALA. El transporte de 1:30 hs. por el desierto se realiza en una camioneta demasiado pequeña para 8 pax. No hay agua ni nada durante este trayecto, ni el de regreso, en las mismas condiciones. El esnorquel se realiza en condiciones muy básicas, sin medidas adecuadas de seguridad. El personal es muy amable, pero eso no basta cuando se realiza una actividad de cierto RIESGO. Durante la excursión no se ofrecen comidas y apenas uno tetrabriks de zumos, a temperatura ambiente. Lo dicho: MALO

Bonjour, Le descriptif est un peu enjolivé ! Le bateau ne ressemble en rien à ce qui est noté. La plongée en elle même est agréable et le personnel plutôt sympathique. Nous avons bien été récupérés à l'hôtel à 06h45 mais il y a 1 h 45 de route pour atteindre le site. L'activité mentionne 8h avec un déjeuner. Si on enlève les 3h30 de route, l'activité ne dure que 2h. Et nous avons bien eu le droit aux boissons fraiches (eau et jus de fruits) et des pommes à bord. Mais pour le déjeuner ( "déjeuner barbecue en direct") il n'y a rien eu... Une fois sortis de l'eau, le chauffeur attendait pour nous ramener à l'hôtel où en est arrivé vers 14h... On est loin de la journée de 8h promise ! On a donc déjeuné à l'hôtel
