Worth to visit. Feel very Royal experience. End to end they made it very comfortable. Well organised. Managed to know more details about this through guide. I like burj al arab than Burj khalifa

Disappointing Interior

The exterior of this amazing hotel is much better than the interior! The over the top gold and overstuffed furniture, dark colours, low ceilings had me wondering why anyone would pay $3000 USD for the cheapest suite. It was an expensive tour NOT worth it.

We found the tour was tacky and not worth the money. In hindsight would prefer to take a picture of the exterior and spend my time exploring Dubai.

You see almost everything in Gold! The Royal suite is jaw dropping! The Queen & The King rooms are phenomenal. This is one of the must see attractions in Dubai. I may not be able to stay in this hotel because the cost is $40K a night, I am glad I chose to visit it with my family.

An amazing experience. What a beautiful architecturally designed hotel. The interior is breathtaking. But I was disappointed as they no longer do the guided tour with explanation of the Royal Suite. You are allowed to walk around on your own with no explanation. We spoke to the butler Hussain, (not sure of correct spelling) of our disappointment of this and he decided to take us and a few other guest on our own private tour, which I must say Hussain was wealth of information and also very funny. Thank you Hussain for making our time at the Burj al Arab extra special!

This hotel is hotel for a very rich people! Very rich!! But all staff of the hotel was also nice to us. Show as everything, inside of 2 most expansive apartmant and answer to all our questions.

We have been to Dubai 4 times before and always fancied seeing inside but never taken the time and it is so worth it. It is not for everyone but the story and the decisions are all worth seeing. The tour itslef is so well run and so good, you are guided for part of it but also left to look around yourself and you really can do the second half at your own pace. Also all the guides are well informed, friendly and helpful and more than happy to take pictures for you.

This experience is very expensive, however it does not offer too much. After waiting in a random lobby, you could take them up to the hotel. It’s amazing to see in person, but I would have not rather see you. You could take him to the master suite, which is now a museum like setting. There is nothing very interactive, and you’re basically left alone to see the hotel on your own. Jordan brought back down, and that is the end of the trip, nothing special, just very expensive.

To see the Royal suite was amazing. The only thing what the boy in the restaurant can do beter is that we had a reservation for 2 golden cappuccino, but I don’t drink milk and asked for a cafe americano instead of cappuccino. The golden cappuccino came on a golden plate, with a glass of water and a chocolade and the cafe americano in a different cup without water or chocolade and not on a golden plate. He just had to change cappuccino for cafe americano…. That was all.
