Not worth the money

While the Mosque and Louvre were beautiful, save yourself the money and order an Uber or even a car from your hotel, pay the (minimal) entry fees, and dine at worthwhile restaurant.

Yes you are right with Uber or any private cab you can save some bucks but you will not get organised Multilanguage Guided Tour and we don't charge any extra or service fee for any entry ticket about food our guide always ask & suggest some restaurant as per guest choice. Abu Dhabi: Best One-Day Guided Tour Experience

This was one of the most memorable experiences I've had and it was made possible by Bilal, my tour guide. From the moment Bilal picked me up from my hotel he was feeding me tons of information about Dubai and Abu Dhabi, which made the car ride engaging. At each attraction, Bilal guided me to the entrance and clearly communicated a meeting point so I would not be left wandering. The day was balanced with breathtaking heritage and cultural spaces, and new contemporary sites reflecting the current and future of the country. I'm so grateful for this guided tour, and will always reflect fondly on my time in UAE.

Our guide Ram and driver picked the 10 of us from our hotel at 10 am. We started at the Abu Dhabi Heritage village, then to the “art cultural center” which was an art dealer Marjan trying to sell us art. Next we had lunch at a local Indian restaurant. The food was abundant and delicious. We went to a local date merchant. Ram dropped us of at the Louvre Museum. He did not come in with us but we had 1.5 hour self guided tour inside. The Louvre is a must see. After the museum we drove past the Race Track on Yas island. The last stop was at the Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Mosque where Ram accompanied us inside. It was a spectacular architectural design. The day ended at about 7pm. Ram was knowledgeable and kind. He made the day fun.

La mezquita es una visita totalmente recomendada, el Louvre merece la pena solo por ver el museo en si. El capuchino de oro en el Palace Emirates, toda una experiencia. El guía fue Baker y es un 10!

Non respect du programme prévu et restaurant infâme.

Le programme prévu n'a pas été respecté.. les sites , Abu Dhabi national exhibition center, Emirates palace, Etihad Towers aucun arrêt sur ces sites et pas de visite .. le restaurant du déjeuner n'a pas été pris dans un bon restaurant du centre commercial Marina Mall comme décrit dans la brochure mais dans un affreux endroit.Le marina mal n'a pas été visité non plus .. le guide n'était en fait qu'un simple chauffeur .. il ne nous a pas accompagné à aucun endroit ..

Un robo!! Jamás contraten con Viator!!

Jamás contraten con Viator este tour!!! Contratamos un tour en español y llegó un guía de la India que solo hablaba inglés enredado. Además el guía acababa de llegar de viaje y él mismo era el conductor. Se estaba quedando dormido mientras conducía el carro, poniendo en riesgo nuestras vidas. Pagamos excesivamente por este tour y no nos brindaron el servicio ofrecido. He hecho el reclamo a Viator, que es con quien se hizo el negocio y lo que me dicen es que el operador local sí cumplió y que básicamente la culpa era nuestra. Que no nos pueden hacer el reembolso y que nos ofrecen $25 que no podemos reclamar porque ya se acabaron nuestras vacaciones. Esto es inaudito.

Sí, podemos entender lo importante que fue este recorrido para usted, desafortunadamente, su guía turístico de lanzamiento no pudo realizar este recorrido debido a un problema de PCR como nuevas restricciones de viaje en abu dhabi. También como compasión, le damos boletos de entrada gratis para Qasr Al Watan y usted está de acuerdo con eso, pero después del recorrido también solicita un reembolso. Hiciste tu recorrido con un chico que también tiene una licencia de guía válida y una licencia de conducir. Y le pedimos que no comparta contenido incorrecto si no recibió un reembolso.

Mi spiace molto mettere questa recensione per un tour che aveva tutto il potenziale per essere un ottimo tour. Ma veniamo al perché… partiamo puntuali ma al controllo tamponi guida ed alcuni partecipanti l’avevano scaduto. Quindi siamo dovuti tornare indietro a Dubai, lasciare la guida ed i partecipanti senza tampone e ripartire… due ore perse … Ma il tutto diventa inaccettabile quando, nella ristrettezza dei tempi saltiamo alcuni punti della visita ma cosa non saltiamo… la visitina al negozio di souvenir e tappeti… Male! già avevamo perso tempo non c’era bisogno di questa sosta che ci ha privato di vero spazio per la visita. Oltre non aggiungo perché la Moschea ed il Louvre (le uniche cose fatte)ci hanno almeno un po’ ripagati..

Der deutsche Reiseführer kam natürlich nicht! Zum Glück war unser Sohn dabei, da dieser besser englisch spricht als wir. Der Kontakt zu diesem Fahrer hat aber geklappt. Es war sehr privat, da wir allein mit dem Reiseführer zu den einzelnen Stätten fuhren. Das war toll. Leider war es nicht möglich klar zu machen, dass die Klimaanlage zu kalt für uns war. Zum Glück hatte ich eine Strickjacke dabei. Diese konnte ich ja immer im Auto lassen. Das indische Mittagessen war lecker. Der "Dattelmarkt" war quasi zu früh, da war kein Mensch und wir wurden nur in einen Laden geführt. Die Moschee und der Palast der alternativ zum Louve geboten wurde, weil der Louvre Montags nicht besucht werden konnte waren super! Die Heritage war OK. Insgesamt waren wir trotz englischer Sprache und kaltem Fahrzeug schon zufrieden mit unserem Ausflug, zumal der Reiseveranstalter so flexibel mit der Abholung war.
