Ian was a wonderful guide and totally open to our diversions. The guide is fluent in historical references and skillfully informs on the history of Ireland. Great experience. We got to celebrate the Gaelic Game Final and the memorial for Sinaed OConnor

I had such a wonderful first day in Dublin thanks to Aideen. She is so passionate about the city's history, legends, pop culture, and more, I learned so much in a short amount of time. She also gave me tips for pubs and shops to check out for the rest of my visit. Highly recommend booking this tour, especially for first-time visitors. It's a good way to orientate yourself around the city, while learning interesting facts!

Dublin Private Walking Tour with Ian Walsh is a must! We enjoyed every minute of our tour with Ian as he has extensive knowledge about Dublin and is entertaining with his many facts and fun stories from everything to art, music, architecture, and history! We learned so much from our time with Ian and my husband was especially pleased as he is a music lover so to hear about various bands, including U2/Bono, and other influential performers from Dublin was awesome. Ian treated us to coffee at the beginning of our trip, he introduced us to some of the local store owners which was so fun, and he would have continued sharing facts and stories well over our allotted time if we would've have let him. He's the best of the best... his tour is a special experience and one we will not soon forget!!

We took a small group tour, it was the best tour that I have ever been on. It was because of our tour guide, who was also an expert about the history of Dublin and current events. I would highly recommend this tour with our tour guide Aideen.

Ian was a fabulous guide. Couldn’t been more accommodating and the three hours flew by with the wealth of information we were receiving. Dublin is an amazing city which I’ve visited a few times but this time we did the tour and learnt so much. A private tour is a relaxing way to see the city with the chance to ask a million questions and stop and pause as it suits you. Thoroughly recommended

We got a few great tips about traditional Irish pubs and places with good food while also learning some fun facts about various places which wouldn't show up by just reading Wikipedia. Loved the quick trip to the National Museum of Ireland. Ian was very upbeat.
