The Old Bridge in Mostar may be slippery.

Hotel pick-up within a 20-minute drive outside Dubrovnik is only available for the small group tour option. For the standard group tour, hotel pick-up is only available for Dubrovnik hotels.

Had a fabulous day to Bosnia driven by Shaun who was an absolute star and looked after us faultlessly……. The views were spectacular and shouldn’t be missed! Despite the rain in Mostar it didn’t dampen our spirits or spoil our lunch and shopping!! Thank you again Shaun x

The waterfall was amazing, we would love to return in the summer to get into the lake. Mostar was quite a busy place with great restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. We had a superb tour guide (Nick) and the group of people we were with make the day very enjoyable.

Interesting Bosnian Trip

A good experience to see a little of Bosnia with an interesting guide. The waterfalls are beautiful and we saw a lot of the countryside and learnt a lot. However it’s a long day with lots of travelling and the bus was old and cramped. Mostar was historically interesting but disappointingly now a major tourist destination so very crowded, and full of souvenir shops and restaurants.

This was a great trip and waterfalls were beautiful. The tour guide was very informative and gave lots of information about the history of the war. It would have been nice to have a little longer at each location but that would have extended the trip

We had a great day on this trip. Unfortunately, we had to endure the rain but that didn’t take away the experience for us. Both the driver and the guide were friendly, informative and it was very interesting to hear about the history of the regions and the country from people who had experienced it. The waterfalls themselves were breathtaking, even in the rain (and a bit of thunder) Mostar town is very quaint and picturesque and the locals were friendly. The whole day ran smoothly and the boarders were no stress. I am to believe this is due to the time of year - in the high season, this is a different story. Overall a long day but we are very glad we got to experience a small part of the beautiful Bosnia. Thank you to our skilled driver and knowledgeable guide.

The amazing beauty of the coast drive and the perfect weather. Falls and Mostar are the star attractions. Long drive the only down side, but enjoyed the countryside. Our driver, Sean, was prompt, safe , and helpful.

Excellent day tour

A lovely, interesting day excursion. Our driver and guide were excellent throughout the day, from pick up to drop off. The guide gave lots of information and tips of how to get the most out of our visit. He recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch in Mostar - food was amazing and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this excursion.

An excellent value for money tour of Herzegovina. Seeing three sites in another country in one day was brilliant. The tour guide Zach was professional, knowledgeable, on time and an asset to the group. A good mix of nature, town and history.

Off-season bliss!

Wonderful trip with the waterfalls being a personal favourite. It was definitely better that we went off-season as it was already a very hot day and there were more and more crowds gathering. I think it would be a bit much going in the height of summer but it's not one to miss! We were lucky to have Dražen as our guide who was so informative and engaging.

Loved the Kravice waterfalls. Very pretty drive from Dubrovnik. Definitely recommend visiting. Town of Mostar is pretty but crowded with many tourists and souvenir shops.

Worst experience

I have booked the tour from Viator with the tour operator Super Tour. Issued tickets, and additional email confirmation from the Super tour confirmed my hotel as a pick-up location. Just within 24 hrs window (before tour start), tour operator has advised that my hotel is not within 20 mins drive from Dubrovnik so it won't offer pick-up. As this is within 24 hrs, I can't cancel the tour (what a fraudulent trick). Viator didn't help, and it supported the tour operator because it gets commission:( Now, how do I know my hotel is not within 20 mins from Dubrovnik (and also 20 mins from which part of Dubrovnik). Irrespective of this, why I was issued tickets, followed by 1 more confirmation with the pick-up from my hotel. Let's move to the actual tour.. The tour guide was merely a driver. He didn't provide any information other than dropping us at various locations. I will never book any tour from Super Tour, and I will use competitor of Viator in future.

The Kravice falls were the star of the show in my opinion but Mostar ran them a close second. A fantastic introduction to Bosnia-Herzegovina. A friendly and knowledgeable tour guide and driver was an added bonus

Great day out. The waterfalls were beautiful. It cost us 10€ each to enter but only our group seemed to pay: all other tourists without a guide just walked in without paying. As we went in December, everything was closed at the falls but that was fine because there were not many tourists. Mostar was excellent and the food was amazing. Was a great day out.

Great day in Bosnia with Super Tours

Ive done 2 of their tours while here and really liked both. Zack is great even though his accent is a bit difficult at times. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and provided an incredible amount of knowledge of the areas. I also appreciated that he walked us to a recommended restaraunt that had local cuisine and prices that ranged from very inexpensive to elaborate so everyone could choose what they wanted. It was a rainy day and it was still extremely enjoyable. Would recommend this tour group to anyone!

A way to see Pocitelj and Mostar but if you have time, there are likely other more valuable ways

The guide, but really the driver was friendly and chatty about Croatia generally and the places and locations we passed on our way to the main events - Pocitelj, Kravice waterfalls and Mostar, but silent on each of the three stops. At each leaving us for a set period of time. As Id assumed we’d get more from the guide, I googled Pocitelj afterwards to understand its significance. In hindsight, I’d have liked longer than allocated 30 minutes to climb to the Citadel (a sign said 30 minutes, although I wasn’t sure if that was up and back or just up, either way I’d already spent 15 minutes wandering). Kravice Waterfalls are pretty, but not outstanding in the scheme of the worlds waterfalls. Mostar was magnificent, and again without a guide and an allocated time it was hard to know what to do and see first. The allocated time was sufficient to visit the museums we found and have lunch and take photos from strategic spots we googled and asked the restaurant owner about, with a little bit of time left to window shop. I’d have liked a guided walking tour here to understand the significance and history and where I should focus my free time. The tour was a means of seeing these locations for me, rather than the best way to see them. If you have the time, I think hiring a car and organising a walking tour of Mostar would be worthwhile.
