Wonderful Views/ Experience

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. We were picked up from Old Town in a nice van with three other guests. Jacob was our guide for the day and did a wonderful job. In Montenegro the sites were very beautiful, we stopped a few places and were able to venture out on our own. We then headed to Bosnia and again made a few stops. It was a bit of driving but the stops were pretty frequent and I enjoyed the view along the way, so didn’t mind being in the vehicle. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to see some different areas. Also, don’t forget your passport!

Perfect for those short of time!

This trip was fantastic for those who are short of time but want to experience as much as possible. We really enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik, Trebinje and Kotor. Although relatively close to each other, they all have different vibes about them. Our guide, Miho, was absolutely fantastic and very accommodating with our requirements. He gave lots of information and answered all of our questions. In Montenegro, due to Montenegrin legislation, we had a different guide (Tom) for a short old town walking tour, he was also great. This trip gives you just a little taster of two countries which are often missed when travelling or taking vacations. We would definitely consider going back to them for a longer stay and would absolutely recommend this company for future excursions.

Excellent day trip

Our guide Mladen was very friendly and knowledgeable - he knew a lot of the fascinating history, had a very comfortable car, and was a great driver. The tour structure was great - destinations weren't too far apart and traffic wasn't bad so we got plenty time in each place.

Fantastic Day Tour - 2 countries in 1 day!

Everything about this tour was excellent. My tour guide, Jacob, went out of his way to make this a fun, comfortable, interesting, and informative experience. It’s so worth a small group tour because the border crossings were quite easy. Once in Montenegro, we stopped at a gorgeous beachside restaurant for coffee & a snack. Then on to the gorgeous Old Town in Kotor. (The shopping is great there.) Jacob brought us to various scenic spots for pictures during the journey. Our Bosnian lunch spot was delicious & extremely affordable. We then went to Trebinje in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The many outdoor cafes allowed for some relaxation & people-watching. It was an incredible experience that I highly recommend!

Jaksa (Jake) was a fantastic guide and made sure to take good care of all of us. He was patient and very careful, and also a lot of fun to hang out with and chat with. The tour itself was beautiful with very delicious food. Highly recommend this activity and Doria Ltd company.

Great experience with amazing guide on our day trip to Montenegro and Bosnia

We were picked up from our hotel in a very clean and well maintained car by Miho who has quite a resume. He served in the Croatian army and then went on to become a F&B manager. He was the perfect guide for the tour telling us the history of the places we visited and taking us to the best restaurants to have our meals. Miho made sure we stopped at the most beautiful viewpoints to enjoy both nature and the sites. He knew every little details of the best spots on the entire journey. Miho also arranged for our local guide Tom in Kotor old city so we get the most from the city tour. We also visited Budva and various sites in Bosnia and had the most amazing lunch at Stara Hercegovina which was recommended by Miho. We were celebrating our anniversary and Miho definitely made it memorable.

Fantastic trip! Josip our driver and guide was so nice and informative, managed to answer any question we had about the places we visited. We highly recommend this trip to anyone who’s wants to get a feel of the two countries and although it may seem like a long time driving, there is plenty of stops along the way! Our favourite place being Kotor, beautiful scenery and even had time to climb to the top of the fortress for a beautiful view! Thanks Josip!

Everything about this tour was well planned and executed. We absolutely loved this tour. You get a little bit of everything food, culture, history, and nature. And the best part is that because it's a private tour you get to choose how and where you spend your time. We loved having Filip as our tour guide he was attentive and personable. He shared so much wonderful information with us and really helped us to understand the history of the areas that we visited. This was the highlight of our trip!

Montenegro was amazingly beautiful and am so glad I made the time for this excursion. I’m glad I can say that we also say Bosnia, home to 2.5 million people, but didn’t really see much except for 1 small town square.

Excellent Way to see Both Countries!

Excellent way to see and learn about the two countries. Our guide Miho was wonderful, very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He was flexible with timing and explained details of itinerary. Our 2nd guide in Montenegro Ivica was also very informative. The only caveat was we did not realize that we would have to pay additional $35 Euros to the guide in MonteNegro if we wanted a guided tour as the Croatian tour guide was not allowed to guide us due to country stipulations. There may be traffic from Montenegro to Bosnia and also along the border. Plan for a 10 hr day on average. Overall highly recommend!!!

Our guide, Filip, was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable of the areas and made sure we were well taken care of whether opening the doors for us to cooling off the car before us getting inside. So when visiting these beautiful countries, our guide was the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing day exploring Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia with Miho! He had a lot of information to share about the places we were visiting and answered all of our questions as we saw different things. He also took us to the most fantastic Bosnian restaurant for lunch, where he helped us order and gave guidance on what to try. We enjoyed exploring the old city of Kotor (and the kids loved all of the cats everywhere) and seeing the monastery in Trebinje was impressive. Definitely would recommend this experience to others!

This outing during our trip was definitely one of the highlights. Filip is a book of knowledge and knows everyone along the way, which speaks to his warm and friendly nature. Montenegro is just as beautiful as everyone was telling us it would be. We stopped at a hidden gem in Montenegro for dinner, and even that was breathtakingly beautiful (with great food, of course!). And we never thought we'd be able to say we went to Bosnia, but now we can say we did, and we learned so much along the way. Definitely highly recommend this trip if you have a day to give.

He was a true guide - with funny stories & charisma and all the information you could think to ask about the history between these 3 countries!!
