Dear Tiffan, we really regret that you were unable to participate in the tour due to the train delay, but all our staff made every effort to let you reach the group.
The problem was that you have not show up at the meeting point at 17.00 and you were not reachable - we were calling and texting you several times. The guide was waiting for you with other participants for 20 minutes but we still didn't hear from you, so we started the tour.
You called us only at 17.22 to say that your train was delayed and you have just arrived at the train station (15 minutes far from the meeting point).
We made an exception for you as we really wanted you to participate in the tour and the guide agreed to share with you the position via Whatsapp, but you were not able to find the group because you were loosing data and you became more and more frustrated and angry with us. We even shared with you the list of the food spots were our group was supposed to be but you didn't reach any of this place, you send us a rude message and then you switch off your mobile.
As you can see, we did all our best to help you, we were waiting for you, sharing location, calling, texting and now we are reading that we were rude only because you are angry that you have missed the tour...Unfortunatley there were other punctual guests waiting for you that were loosing their patiance. It's very sad and disappointing as we love our job and always do our best to satisfy our Customers.
