One star because zero stars wasn’t an option

We were very unimpressed with this tour of the duomo. The tour started before the given tour time and the sound system head sets were very spotty and glitchy. As a result, we were not able to hear about half of what our guide said. Additionally, she did not seem very knowledgeable of the duomo itself and gave us a lot of random comments about restaurants in the area (but didn’t even name the names of the restaurants). The tour was very short, and the information shared did not seem connected to the duomo or was unclear. I would not recommend this tour to anyone and would not work with this company again on my future trip.

This is not really a “skip the line” tour. We still waited in line for 45 minutes. Still shorter than the line to enter for free, but the description should be changed to read “shorter line tour.”

The meeting place and gathering of participants was well organized and the use of individual headsets made it easy to hear and follow the guide. While the cathedral is stunning on it's own, the stories and information shared by the guide really brought everything to life. Very informative. Even in January (Italy's lowest season), skipping the long line for entry was certainly worth the cost.

No show guide for my Duomo tour

Guide was 👎 no show. Left 8 people standing at meet spot. We were disappointed to say the least. For anyone else visiting Duomo, there is no ticket or entrance fee to tour inside.

Paying to skip the line and have a guided tour was a great way to go. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a little bit funny. If we had just walked through the Duomo ourselves, would not have known anything about the history. Definitely worth the money.

You cannot climb the dome. This place lies to you and is not trust worthy save your money. And skip the line means you still have to wait in line just not in a long line. You still have to wait like thirty minutes.

The Dome inside was worth , worthwhile guide. She was caring and kind. The only thing wrong was no seats to sit down I am older and it's a church. Why couldn't we sit and pray somewhere inside.love it

This was horrible! I honestly have NEVER filled out a review, but this was a disgrace and need to be documented. The “skip the line” is a scam. There was an hour wait, in the line, before the tour even started, which was another hour. (The tour guide was just as frustrated, she told all of us to wait while she checked it out to see what the problem was, then we were told to wait in the line with hundreds of people). We were on a schedule to see other sites, I booked this tour because it stated it was an hour only. I ask for a refund, we couldn’t wait another hour, the response I received was the poorest customer service response stating that it wasn’t their fault because it was Easter weekend and this is what happens when it is a holiday weekend. No accountability, if they were aware and knew this would happen, then it should have been stated in the description prior to purchase. I’m sure many would have not purchased knowing skip the line was a lie. No one was happy, not even the guide, it was apparent she had no idea this would be the case. All in all, awful waste of my money, time and lack of experience!

Dear clients Not only booked skip the line tickets and there is only one entrance of skip Now we are in high season in Florence so if many people booked as you skip the line tickets will be rush sure we can not create for you special entrance and if you wait on the skip entrance 60 minut it's mean the regular entrance was 2 hours to got access We sorry for you but Florence it's like that in high season and it's not our fault

For some reason I thought this tour took you partway up one of the walls so you could see between the two domes. My partner, who was affected by the height of the dome, was quite relieved this didn’t happen. Great job on historical background, and on keeping our group together in the crowd!
