    It was great skipping the line. It would have been helpful if the person who got us into the line had a bigger sign. Tough connecting.

    The Duomo is a stunning building! The detail in the architecture and the statues on it is incredible!! Entrance to the Duomo is free. But the lines are incredibly long, even the very first thing in the morning! We didn't want to spend a whole day standing in line when we could do several things. This Skip-the-line option is well worth the price! We showed up at the scheduled time and within minutes were inside. Don't miss the chance to see this amazing structure!!

    Our tour guide Elena was phenomenal! She made it a good experience ( seeing the amazing history of the Vatican museum) 10x better with deep insight and anecdotes about what we were seeing. .

    Easy to find rep to collect tickets, fast track meant no queuing and we went straight in. Once inside able to go off and explore on our own.

    We could not find the Viator rep initially, required us to ‘call the tour operator’ via the app. Everything was fine once we got the tickets, but it was a stressful 20 minutes trying to figure out if we missed the tour/where our tickets were.
    Definitely not skip the line!

    We waited in a line for an hour and almost got turned away because it was close to closing. I’m glad I purchased a skip the line ticket!!

    Dear client, You came late at the meeting point as the closing time of cathedral is 4:00 your reservation was at 3:00 but you came at 3:35. We have mentioned you have to come 10 mins before the reserved time. And our representative guided you at the spot where to go, there are two lines one is general which is actually long and takes time and the other one is shorter which is for priority entrance, you wrongly went to to general one and got stuck there.

    I give the folks at Viator 5 huge stars because their guy on site was nice enough to meet us well after our pre-planned meet time when extenuating circumstances caused us to arrive late. We really appreciated that flexibility and understanding. As for the Duomo itself, if I had to do it again I would do a guided tour because without it, it didn’t seem worth the entry fee and planning.

    Got our tickets validated. Once inside we were told that the tickets were no good and we couldn't use them. We could not fo anything inside at all. Went out to the agent who wouldn't help us. So for what we paid for people were doing at no cost. I want my money back otherwise i will take things further. Terrible service, travelled all the to Florence and couldn't go into.tje venue

    Dear client, As per the activity description you got the ticket to get into the cathedral without waiting in long general line. If you will try to use it on other entrances it will for sure not work there. This is just for the entrance to the cathedral. Thank you

    Iman the guide was awesome and shared so many details and history. Very passionate and we enjoyed it. The surprised he saved for the end was incredible. If you can request Iman I would recommend him.

    Definitely worth it to skip the incredibly long line to enter and see inside this gorgeous cathedral.

    Skip the line was alright but I think it would be better to buy ticket in advance and make sure you get the ticket so that you can climb the dome cause this ticket didn’t come with it and it was already sold out and couldn’t be purchased day of. Inside of the Cathedral was nice but I think there are some more beautiful Cathedrals you could go see.

    BE AWARE of this person that is NOT an agent, he is the worst, the meeting point he describes in the redemption form does not exist, because is a whole square. If you don’t have internet conexión is impossible to find him. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PERSON THAT IS A FRAUD

    Hello Lorena, The meeting point is clearly mentioned on the voucher. Our representative contacted you by WhatsApp as well as by call you didn't come on the meeting point on time. You asked him, You will be there in 5 mins but even after 20 mins you didn't show up. We have the call and chat proves with you as well. If you didn't come on time its not the representative fault.

    I highly recommend this skip-the-line experience. My husband and I decided to purchase passes just a few hours before our tour. Keys to Wonder did a fantastic job! I sent a message to them, seeing if we could get our tickets early. Within minutes, Leonardo called me and delivered our tickets. In addition to being incredibly responsive, he took the time to give my husband and I expert advice and great tips. I initially wanted to climb the Duomo, but all of those tickets were sold out; however, I think this was even better! With this tour, we were able to walk up the bell tower and then got an amazing view of the Duomo + inside access to the cathedral. The overall experience was fantastic!

    Still had to weight in line. Had to wait while other groups were let in. Regular wait in line for baptismal maybe 30 minutes.

    Hello kelle, We have already mentioned and told you it will take 5 to 10 mins to get in. The general line takes upto 45 mins to 1 hour to get in. Everybody have to cross the security check and it takes a bit time. So everybody who have the priority entrance ticket must have to wait for their turn but it doesn't takes more than 10 mins.

    The tickets we received (10), we could not get into the exhibit in the lower level because the attendant said that they were used the day before. When we told the attendant that we got the tickets through Viator she said the company is a scam.

    Our tickets that were given to us by our guide were not valid. At the scanning point they tickets said expired and that they were used the day before. We explained that we just received them from Viator however they would not let us in. I called the contact number listed on our ticket information for the guide however he did not answer. We went back to the pick up location and he was no longer there. I was ripped off on this one

    The ability to skip the queue was invaluable. Our guide although lovely was a bit boring and monotone so we found ourselves switching off after a while.
