*2/2/23 Update: TripAdvisor as per my request (via email) has refunded you the entire payment. We contacted you 2 hours after you booked the tour to schedule it. You used Viator to book the tour and you booked less than 24 hours in advance. Here is their cancellation policy: “For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.” You advised us that the times we had available would not fit into your schedule. At this point you requested a refund. We advised you to contact the same booking agent that you used to book the tour because they have your funds, not us. After a tour has been confirmed, we can only cancel due to weather or emergency circumstances from our end. You would also need to contact them to make changes to the reservation. From our end, we can see that you canceled the tour via online self service yourself.
If you’re reading this review, please call us directly to confirm available times if you’re booking less than 48 hours in advance. We cannot change other booking agents cancellation policies. We pride ourselves on great communication with all of our customers inclusively contact you after the tour to provide pictures and links for great local restaurants and things to do in the area.
