The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

Wrong info and wrong pricing

To be 100% i was contacting also the Viator via Chat giving them my locations, so they confirm, if i really book the right rate. They said yes and also confirmed, that as it is written in the confirmation, meet and greet at the airport is included. Well, all wrong. Just to be sure, i contacted the company they confirmed my travel with. They said, i have wrong rate and meet and greet is not included, although they write it in the confirmation. So i went from $46 to $90....
