Great service

Excellent. Company provided WhatsApp number at booking. When we got off the plane the driver wasn’t standing there yet so I just messaged him and he responded immediately and arrived within a few minutes. Nice car, Sergio our driver was very friendly and got us through a lot of traffic to Antigua. He even waited for us to make sure we got into our Air Bnb ok. Recommend for a smooth trip after the flight in.

I’m not sure if we would have been picked up had I not texted the number in the description the day before. They were slow to respond but confirmed the pickup time and location 8 hours after they were initially contacted. The driver day of was on time and courteous.

Wow is ALL I can say. Lalo went above and beyond. He was super sweet. I needed to go to Walmart and the orphanage before heading to airbnb. He not only took me but he helped me shop and was my translator then took me to my original destination. He was patient and so cheerful.

Our driver Lalo was fantastic. He was waiting for us at Cafe Barretto with a sign. He was very easy to find and despite not speaking much English he was able to find ways to communicate things with us. Overall, the company was very communicative and made us feel very safe! My partner and I have friends who had travelled to Guatemala and had negative experiences with taxis and shuttles, so while the price is a bit high… we value our safety over money and felt it was worth the extra cost.

They picked us up at the airport on time and the trip to Antigua was comfortable. The On our return to the airport we had a very pleasant driver. The company was proactive and helpful, even when I had given them the wrong address -- they called and picked us up at the agreed time. Definitively recommend. Both drivers were cautious and careful drivers, we felt safe and were not rushed.
