Top notch. Communication was excellent from the start. Messages were responded to almost immediately. Our driver Mario is a great driver and very nice. The van was comfortable. Would definitely use this service again. Two thumbs up!

The morning of the transfer, the shuttle broke down. Negocios was such a great help. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait they we refunded us and sent us funds through PayPal to pay for the Uber we took. Despise us not being able to take the ride I will still recommend. Great customer service!

$40 for a trip from GC to Antigua is a fair price! They were there right on time but sadly did not speak any English to communicate effectively with. They would not drop us off near our AirBNB because they had another pickup, so they dropped us off at a central place in town and we had to call another Uber (a struggle with our luggage and appetites after a 10 hour trip).. I wish they would have communicated with us in advance on our drop off location so we could have planned for someone who was not as busy. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. - Your AirB&B was way outside the City perimeter and you never sent your drop-off address.- The reason why we didn´t drop you off at your AirB&B, it's because the property is located outside Antigua perimeter, up on a hill and you didn't send your drop-off details. Yes, we had another customer. If we had taken you to the hill, we would have been late with the other customer. We're sorry if it was uncomfortable for you, but this is why is important to send all the information required when you book.

It’s ok but an Uber is just as good

The driver was waiting for me with a name sign. This made me feel comfortable with the experience. I was happy overall but I took an Uber back to the airport on my way home.
