Amazing trip from start to finish. If you can afford to treat yourself please do book this private tour- it will not disappoint. Jen was probably the best tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Absolutely delightful. Knowledgeable, funny, caring and so interesting to talk to. We had such a memorable day out in her company and looked after by an expert driver too. The tunnels themselves are so interesting and well worth the trip. Thank you Jen for a wonderful day. Best way to see the Cu Chi Tunnels!

This was a fantastic tour of the Cu Chi tunnels!! Kain was a fantastic host for my son and I. It was so nice to have just our small group of 3, you see so many larger groups when you are there and I just couldn't help thinking that with a larger group you would miss out on what the tour guide says. Kain was so kind and informative. My son had a breakdown due to the heat and being hungry (he had skipped breakfast that morning) and Kain let us sit and relax while he went to get some food and a cold drink for my son. We were never rushed because of that set back, Kain was absolutely wonderful. This private tour is 100% worth the extra $$.

Really enjoyable day with Mai. She was friendly engaging and knowledgeable. Very interesting to learn about the guerilla warfare tactics used. Some of it not for the fainthearted! We also had a wideranging discussion about the culture and lifestyle in Vietnam in general. Highly recommend! Thankyou to Mai and our driver.

A thrilling experience

Great to learn about the history of the war! The site really brings the war to life by experiencing what they went through. We didn't know we were going to a local artwork place and the precision, dedication and craft to creating such beautiful and masterful pieces of artwork was mesmerizing! Betty was an amazing, friendly, funny and a very knowledgeable tour guide! She's awesome!

Great guided tour

Since we booked a private tour, Mr. Tu picked up my son and me at our hotel and headed straight to Cu Chi tunnel. On the way, we stopped at a workshop where they showed us various handmade products. The afternoon tour was quiet with fewer tourists so we could take our time learning about the history of the Cu Chi tunnel. Mr. Tu was so knowledgeable, that my son enjoyed his conversations with him. He also shared his family's experience and stories from his tours with veterans. We enjoyed having Mr. Tu as a guide, passionate, knowledgeable, and flexible. Whenever we are on the guided tour, the guide makes the experience more enjoyable and we were glad we had Mr. Tu as our guide. Everything went so smoothly; we loved the tour.

The whole trip was excellent from start to finish. Pick up was spot on time. Hannah our guide was brilliant in every way. She had a lot of knowledge about the attraction and had brought maps etc to show us . She was friendly and fun. Would highly recommend her and her English was good. She explained everything. The handicraft workshop was well worth the visit too there are some talented workers there. We must remember our driver too we called him Lucky. He was a brilliant driver through the crazy Ho Chi Minh traffic . I would certainly recommend the tour and the company whose organisation was brilliant. Valerie and Stephen

More intimate experience with private tour, and tour guide will be able to address any questions you have surrounding Vietnam’s war history. Get to experience the tunnel up close and personal instead of having to wait for your turn in a big group. Would recommend a private tour for sure.

Well worth booking a private tour and going in the afternoon when things appear to be quieter. Our guide, Tu, was fun company who spoke fairly good English. There was actually less to see than we expected, but we were very glad we made the trip. It’s just an extraordinary story of human resilience and survival.

A fascinating taster of what life must have been like in the tunnels during the war. Our guide Eddie was marvellous - I’d give him 6 stars if I could! He was informative, fun, thoughtful and able to navigate us around the large number of big group tours that seemed to dominate the park….we were a couple on a private tour. His English was incredibly good, which was a massive bonus, too. Communication beforehand was good, we were collected on time from the hotel and the driver and car were also excellent - all in all this was a thought provoking, fascinating day that we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. Thank you Eddie!

A really nice guide for Cu Chi tunnels

Sam was a competent and nice guide. He informed us about the Saigon and the Vietnam war while we were driving to the Cu Chi tunnels. The atmosphere was were welcomed and we were able to ask him every question we had. Sam’s english is very good and understandable.

Exceptionally informative and enjoyable afternoon spent at the sight of the Cu Chi tunnels. Our guide, Eddie, has extensive knowledge of the history of the area and went above and beyond our expectations to provide us with a great experience. I can definitely recommend visiting in the afternoon as there were no crowds or queues.

Eddie was an excellent guide and gentleman ! He's quite sweet, knowledgable and speaks excellent English! He gave us plenty of safty tips and background info about the Cuchi Tunnels. From him we learned a great deal about the fascinating history. He's quite objective and willing to answer all sorts of questions. He's professional and attentative to our group's needs and demonstrated great service skills. When we went into the tunnels, which was dark and required kneeling on the ground to walk, he kindly waited to make sure all of us safetly got out. As we booked a private tour, he accommdated my request to stop by a gold shop to exchange currencies and our request to have lunch during the trip. We felt taken care of, welcomed and well-guided. Overall, Eddie made our trip a highlight and he definately set a high standard of what a tour guide should be like!
