Near Tay Ninh town, in Long Hoa village, this temple is considered the greatest of all Vietnam’s Cao Dai temples. Founded in 1926, the Cao Dai Temple (Tòa Thánh Tây Ninh) complex functions as a Holy See for the Cao Dai religion (Caodaism), Vietnam’s third most popular belief system after Buddhism and Catholicism. Visitors are welcome at prayer sessions in the Great Temple.

Worth a long, full day
A long car trip from Ho Chi Minh to arrive at Black Virgin Mountain where we took a cable car to the top. At the top is the largest Buddha statue in Vietnam, surrounded by beautiful, relaxing flower & bonsai gardens. Cao Dai larged temple is worth seeing. Lunch then Cu Chi tunnels. Our guide Chau was informative a Nd passionate about her country, spoke very good English

An excellent tour experiences
The whole experience iOS something different, especially the Cao Dai temple is so iconic and the black mountain is really beautiful. No to be missed if you’re visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guide Win from Asiana link tours is very informative, caring and patient. Iris from Viator is very dedicated, and caring from the time I booked the tour to the end of the tour. Both are definitely an asset to their company.
