For pick up from airport to hotel: International terminal: After collecting luggage, kindly get outside arrival gate, turn right and head to pillar 10, our driver will wait for you there with your name sign. Domestic terminal: After collecting luggage, kindly get outside arrival gate, our driver will wait for you BETWEEN GATE A1 AND A2 with your name sign. For pick up from hotel to airport: Kindly provide your preferred pick up time and our driver will meet you at hotel lobby at indicated pick up time.

I am so glad we booked this as we had heard that you had to be very careful with the taxis you choose. Our plane was 1 hour delayed but when we arrived our driver was waiting patiently for us. It was a simple and quick way to arrive smoothly into Saigon.
