- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was a nice walking tour around HK city.
In terms of value - It was expensive for what we got especially as We had to pay additional amount for the train tickets etc which should have been included in price.

We were told to met the driver at a certain point. We were there he wasn't. After waiting over 30 minutes we ended up calling Viator. Was then connected to the local company. Had to pay for these calls and once talking to both the driver and the local company they agreed to reimburse us the money. We also had to find our way back to our hotel

We had a great day with Alfred, even in the pouring rain! He was very professional, getting in touch with me right away and being flexible on the tour as he learned what we already saw, what our preferences were, and even adjusting in the pouring rain by taking us to a delicious authentic coffee shop / bakery for pineapple buns. Alfred knew we had a flight and was willing to start early and drop us off at our hotel. I felt we saw a lot during our time together!

Jon was a great guide. He met us in the hotel lobby and quickly got us into a cab and off to the morning markets before grabbing lunch at a Michelin Star restaurant. We then took a train and cable car to the big Buda and monastery. After some souvenir shopping Jon made sure we got back to our starting point on the train. We had a great time.

Daniel was a wonderful guide. Based on my interests, he proposed an itinerary, which covered a wide variety of sites over an 8-9 hour period. He adapted as made sense, and also provide a great amount of insightful information on Hong Kong and its people.

I had Nik as a guide and enjoyed iur tour a lot; she adapted the tour to my unterests and did her best to take the most of it. It wS great to hear some of the stories, to know why there are so many women sitting on the streets on Sunday, what is a red thread launching people together, share lunch, making puctures - really memorable experience!
