Pros Very convenient to cruise terminal Entertainment was good. Food was good Cons Buffet style One couple had an accident on cruise ship(Not their fault) requiring a trip to hospital ER (Concussion). Sent doctors statement to Viator requesting refund for them but have not heard anything.

Luau was ok. We had a celebrity package and food was on our table almost immediately. Show was excellent. For us I wish I had researched more as would of proffered a genuine luau food experience with food cooked in the ground as is done at other luaus. Even though celebrity seating my view was obstructed by the family at end of table near stage who stood up often to leave and return and found it frustrating.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! Not only is this luau entertaining it was also informative about the Polynesian culture. We didn’t want a gimmicky luau and if you don’t either pick this one! The food was delicious and the bartenders know how to make a Mai Tai!

we had the worse tome it rained the whole time should have given us refund or at least partial !! We paid for transportation we didn’t even hsve time to do the activities!! so upsetting!!

Very attentive service, good show. We had the celebrity package, so fresh floral lei, seats in front of the stage, free mai tais. We’ve been to Germaine’s luau many times, last few times we went, it was too crowded, we ended up in seats along the sides of the venue, couldn’t see stage very well, and lines for food and drinks were too long! Ka Moana was a pleasant surprise!! Close to our cruise ship, walking distance to Aloha Tower.
