Viator.. miss leading tour. Beware!

Buyer beware. This tour is not as stated. States 5 hours Pearl Harbor, only 3 hours. We planned on doing more but couild not. (both of our fathers were in the service). Went to Ploy. Center and Dole as stated.(We had to wait over 20 min. To get our tickets) Poor organiztion and managing. There were 3 added stops not on tour list. Mac-nut shop, donut truck, Beach. Lost so much tour time on sales shop. Not what we signed up for. I have used Viator tours in the past with no problem. Makes me rethink using them. Sad.

Aloha and thank you for this review. This tour which is a Pearl Harbor , Dole Plantation and Polynesian Cultural Center Tour has never spent 5 hours at Pearl Harbor because there is so much to see. We do have separate tours that spend that much time but they do not tour other parts of this beautiful island. Please send us the verbiage for This Tour stating that it'll spend 5 hours at Pearl Harbor. You may also contact us if you feel like the added stops took away from your expierience and we'll make it right. Thanks again

Tour guide Rick was informative and helpful. History of the areas visited. This tour gave us the chance to visit several highlights of Oahu without getting a car. Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation and the Polynesian Cultural Center along with other small stops in between. Well worth it.

Our tour guide, Leena was great. Gave us all the insite for each stop and threw in a few little extra stops to enhance our Hawaii experience. Pearl Harbor was so educational and respectful to those who lost their lives. Conversely The Polynesian cultural center was full of life and fun while providing so much information.

We were picked up 45 mins earlier than our scheduled time. Lena our driver was fantastic ! Very informative, patient, funny, friendly. Our tour was supposed to be 10 hrs however, if you book & our lucky to have Lena as your driver expect some extra perks! It turned into 12 hrs! We drove around North Shore, stopped by Macadamia Farm, stopped for the famous Leonard’s donuts, Starbucks for coffee and Pali lookout. This is besides our booked tour of Pearl Harbor, Pineapple Dole and Polynesian Culture Center.

Definitely well worth the value. We had enough time at the two major stops and the bus driver/tour operator was great. Our only issue was some difficulties with communication regarding the delayed start time and pickup time; the tour picked us up late and told us they sent an email and text confirming the new time time, but we never received either communication. Otherwise, a great tour.

Our tour guide, Ricardo (Ric), was excellent! He picked us up on time in Waikiki and offered some commentary as we made it to the meeting spots for the others. We loved the stop at Pearl Harbor and the history Ric shared about it. The Polynesian Cultural Center was very interesting and Ric gave some some good tips on what to see in the time we had there. Nuuanu Pali was breathtaking! The extra stops at the local fruit stand and coffee farm were great. Would highly recommend this tour!

This experience was fantastic. We had the opportunity to stop at Pearl Harbor, Dole plantation, and the Polynesian cultural Center. Every stop was a unique experience. You can spend five hours at the Polynesian cultural center if you had the time. I would encourage you to get a snack at the dole, plantation, and skipped lunch at the Polynesian cultural center so you can enjoy all the unique experiences. Our tour guide was Shannon, a native Hawaiian. You could feel his aloha spirit as he gave the tour. He is full of great knowledge and made the tour experience that much better.

Did not fulfill the whole tour what was promised in the brochure. brochure advertised 11 hour tour which included a luau We were picked up late , which delayed our whole day of excursions by the time we got to the dole plantation we did not Have any time to do any of the tours all we got was a stupid cone of pine apple ice cream and back on the bus to cultural Center . Once we were on our way to cultural Center we found out that we are returning to hotel at 3pm which makes us miss the luau by 4 1/2 hours . Can’t say it was just us the other groups on the bus also were mis lead and believed the tour was 11 hours and included the luau! Total rip off!

This company is a scam. They advertise one thing but after you paid they don't provide what they have advertised. We went to this tour thru this company they then assign it to Aloha sunshine both are scammers. Part of our pkg it's said lunch and tour guide is included but both were not there and we had to pay extra to get food. After the tour I have submitted the refund request they simply advise that they cannot provide.
