While the Arizona Memorial dock is being repaired, the capacity to experience the Arizona Memorial has been greatly reduced and limited. There may be days that the Ferry boat tickets are "Sold Out". What does this mean for you? We cannot guarantee tickets to Arizona Memorial at this time. If tickets are unavailable for your scheduled tour date, don't worry! We will continue with the scheduled tour and give you a $10 refund on each purchased booking. In addition, you will still experience the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, your gateway to American Wartime History. Here you can experience museums, monuments, and exhibits "The Road To War" and "The Attack". You will receive a 100% refund if you choose to cancel your tour in the event tickets to the USS Arizona Memorial are unavailable.

- Memorial tour. Bag storage is available outside the main gate for a fee of $5.00 per bag.
- Allowable items include wallets, cameras, cellular phones, and bottled water. Medicine can be brought into the park in a clear bag.
- Baby carriages and wheelchairs are permitted, just no bags are allowed in their compartments.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

There was a situation at the Memorial the Navy told the Rangers. The Rangers said there will be over an hour delay, we told Rangers our tour we be over with. The Rangers told us to notify our tour driver. So I ran out to the bus the driver wasn't there at the bus # 21. I then call the office they said they mention it to the tour manger. I asked what should I do, They said we could try to stay to finish the tour or leave everything was up to us. The Rangers would not us bring in any bags or backpacks we left some on the bus or you could pay for use of an locker. This happen on my 69 th birthday Nov. 19 th 2023, I was disappointed not going to the memorial we could of done the tour but I did not know the time line of the drivers schedule. I did not want to miss the bus. Final note I DO NOT BLAME THE TOUR COMPANY THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SITUATION AT THE MEMORIAL that someone else created .

The whole experience was so solemn and breathtaking. Being on top of the Arizona was so emotional when thinking of the precious loss of life on that fateful day in December.
On an upbeat comment I will have to say our tour was certainly made better by our bus driver/tour guide, Shelley. She was the best. Can't praise her enough.

Our guide was a great driver and very knowledgeable about the area but was pretty negative about Honolulu as we drove around.

Pearl Harbor part of tour was sobering. Our driver was terrific. Shared lots of information as we rode along, stopped so we could take pics along the way, gave us drinks & snacks, has a marvelous sense of humor and is a safe driver.

Our experience was ruined when after confirming our tour for the next day, we got an urgent phone call canceling our tour, leaving us no time to make other arrangements to visit Pearl Harbor. We had one day in Honolulu and this was to be the highlight of our trip.
I will not forget or forgive this, nor will I ever use Tripadvisor again to plan an important experience..

This tour was very interesting and informative. Once we arrived out to the memorial it was a very somber experience.
