The tour times provided reflect the start and end of the tour, but not your exact pickup and drop off time. Whether or not you've provided your hotel/lodging at the time of booking, you are required to contact the tour provider no less than (2) days prior to your tour date to receive your exact pickup time and location. The tour provider will advise you of the specific area at the hotel/lodging you should wait; for example "at the front entrance." Please be there at least 5 minutes before your pickup time. Please allow a 10-15 minute grace period, as the driver will be picking up other guests in your area. If your hotel/lodging is not included on our pickup schedule, you'll be advised to meet at nearby location. Please note that we are prohibited by certain properties to pickup non-hotel guests and we do not pick-up at private properties such as AirBnB's and residential areas.

On occasion and due to external factors outside of our control (including inclement weather, closure of the Memorial by the National Park Service and/or shortages of boat launch tickets), there is the possibility of not being able to visit the Arizona Memorial during your visit. You will still be able to visit the many exhibits at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and view the Arizona Memorial from the shoreline.
Shirt and shoes are required to board the Arizona Memorial, swimsuits are not permitted. Strollers are not permitted in the theater or shuttle boats.

NO BAG POLICY: The US Department of the Interior has declared a “no bags” policy at Pearl Harbor. Passengers may not carry any concealing items including purses, handbags, backpacks, diaper bags, etc. Small cameras are permitted but must not be in a bag. No items are allowed to be left on your tour vehicle. When going over to Ford Island to visit the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and/or the Battleship Missouri, guests are required to carry government issued photo identification and NO BAGS are allowed on the vehicle. Ford Island is an active military base and guests may be asked by security personnel at any time for their identification to ensure a safe environment for all. Bag storage is available at the entrance of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center for a fee per bag. It is recommended to bring on tour only vital items like your identification and wallet as long as these items fit in your pockets.

Great and Comprehensive Pearl Harbor Experience! Book THIS One!

Everything included on this tour was wonderful and our guide, Frank, was fantastic! His narration during our drive was just enough information to be interesting without overwhelming. I was originally trying to put together a Pearl Harbor day on my own but this was much easier for the convenience of one price with everything we wanted included. The Pearl Harbor tour including Arizona memorial and Bowfin submarine was great. We liked that we could do it at our own pace (only the Arizona had a specific time assigned to the ticket) but that was also the downfall - we had a LOT of time there. Maybe that's beneficial if you're there during busier months. We did the tour on the Saturday before Easter and it wasn't crowded. Later we really loved the aviation museum but were disappointed to have so little time there since most of it was taken up with lunch. (Speaking of lunch, we ordered cobb salad with beef and the pork wrap - tortilla was a big soggy but otherwise the food was good). I would also advise: if you want to do the flight simulator, buy your tickets and get in line right away (you can grab your lunch and eat it later) because the line gets long. Seeing the battleship Missouri at the end was also really neat and something I had not done on a previous trip to Pearl Harbor, but so glad I was able to see it this time. Overall this was a long day for a family with a 6 year old, but well worth it. We would book this specific tour again.

Frank was an excellent ambassador. His narration was interesting and engaging. He is also a gifted bus driver. The streets of Waikiki are treacherous but Frank made it seem easy. The lunch exceeded my expectations, too. Pearl Harbor is a place of emotion. It was an honor to walk in the footsteps of the soldiers on ship, submarine and airfield. And it was a privilege to thank them for their service at the memorial site. The respect shown by all involved in the tour was respectful. We appreciated that courtesy.

Our tour guide was very informative explaining about some of the history of the island and about Pearl Harbour. The tour itself was self guided our package included an audio guide which gave a better insight to the exhibits. The only negative was we didn't have a lot of time to visit the Missouri due to the fact that some people arrived back later than the allotted time which then had a knock on effect on our time on the ship but other than that a great experience.

Yes it was great, the charter bus took the hassle of driving and parking. My wife and I had a great time. My favourite was the Aviation Museum. Then USS Missouri. And the memorial sight was sad.

Seeing the Arizona was quite moving, but this tour was about much more than visiting the memorial. The Battleship Missouri, submarine and museums were also informative and excellent. Quick recommendation -- suggest to the driver than he spend more time on the history and less time on his political opinion and complaints.

Kimoke'o was an amazing tour driver. Wish we would have had a little more time at the Missouri. You need to make sure you go into the Arizona memorial theater before you go to the memorial, it really enhances the experience.

Pearl Harbor Deluxe Tour with Ernie

Our deluxe adventure tour with Polynesian adventure was a great way to visit Pearl Harbor. Our tour guide Ernie is a local to Hawaii with a family connection to the events that occurred in the Pacific Theater. Ernie was entertaining, funny, and shared stories of his upbringing. The tour itself was great but would’ve liked to have had more time to spend and fully take in the exhibits. As others have mentioned, there’s a good chunk of the tour time spent in transportation including an extended airport pick-up. First stop was at Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona memorial. Second stop was on Ford Island at the aviation museum where we had lunch (pre-ordered on the bus). The third stop was the USS Missouri that included a 30 minute tour. Quick tip – there are gift shops at each stop, merchandise at each is a little different. Personally, I liked the stuff at the aviation museum and USS Missouri best.

Pearl Harbor - a memorial

Pearl Harbor is a fabulous memorial- a must see. The bus was on time, clean, comfortable. Our Driver, Ernie, was informative and humorous. The lunch was tasty. The provided water was cold. The Arizona is impressive. The tour day itself was a bit disjointed with us going back and forth to Ford island twice, this used up at least half hour of our visitation time. The hanger #79 was closed so we missed the chance to see the planes up close. The Missouri had a special function and we were rushed off. But all in all a good, informative day.
