Fantastic tour

Joy was a fantastic tour guide! We saw several lions tracking their prey! Joy pointed out lots of wildlife that other groups missed and gave us excellent advice on getting the best experience. We also went to the rhino and elephant sanctuary to see the orphaned baby rhino and elephants and to the giraffe center. And Joy took us to a fabulous local restaurant for Kenyan cuisine.

We had a very entertaining full day program, started with a 3 hours safari in the early morning and the children saw lots of animals. The entry fees of all 4 sites are 90 dollars per adult and is not included

Great experience but communication needs improvement

The tour was nice and everything went as expected. Friendly guide who listened to our requests and tried his best to meet them. Communication ahead of time was a bit difficult. For example we weren't informed of our pickup time (5:30am) until the evening before at 9pm, even though we had asked multiple times.

Nairobi City Wildlife Safari Tour with room for improvement

Did safari at Nairobi National Park with Mr James and saw rhinos, elephants, impalas, ostriches, buffalos, zebras, lions, and giraffes. Saw 25 baby elephants being fed at the Elephant Orphanage. Fed 5 giraffes at the Giraffe Centre and visited the Karen Blixen museum. Safari tour and presentation was distracted by over 10 mobile phone calls and dangerous driving.

Hello Bablo_D Greetings from kenya tours We apreciate your effort to put a review We have noted with concern But James told us the calls was liase with other Safari driver to find our where animals are As for the driving the terain in the park is bad one can mistaken for dangerous driving However will try to rectify this

This was my first ever safari, and definitely an interesting and worthwhile experience! We did exactly what was advertised, arriving at the part at sunrise and driving around to see the animals for a few hours, then stopped for a break and some food, headed off to see the baby elephants (so cute), dashed over to the giraffes, and then headed to the Karen Blixen house for a guided tour. My driver was really nice and super punctual, so I had a really good time. However, he wasn't very knowledgeable about the wildlife (for instance, he told me that a group of rhinos we saw on the trip were white rhinos, which can't be true because there are only 2 northern white rhinos left, and they're both in Sudan). That was fine for me though since I was happy to just watch and photograph the animals. Lastly, I hadn't considered how these kinds of tours impact the wildlife, but now I think I'll look into these things more carefully next time.

Hello Alison Thanks alot for your detailed review Just to clarify In Nairobi its like a Rhino Sanctuary and we have 2 types of Rhino WHITE (Wide mouth) RHINO AND Black rhino WE have over 80 Black rhinos and over 40 White Rhinos The Nothern white Rhinos you are talking about are endangered Rhinos So its true the Rhinos we saw ware white rhinos Chat me inbox i tell you the difrence
