Bomas of Kenya Tours and Tickets

We had a very good time. They have set up a walkway that has all the different tribes history and dwellings, the dancing in the the cultural center was awesome to see. They to thru the various areas of Kenya and the dances that are represented, they also included the audience which was fun to watch.

The Bomas Show. It was a fantastic show and the dancers were excellent. I liked the interaction the dancers had with the audience that included adults and children.

The whole day was great. We loved the Giraffe Center and the Elephant Orphanage. Our driver Simon was wonderful.

This tour was very good and a highlight of our time in Nairobi. However, we had to go a day later than scheduled as the day before the tour, we were advised that the Elephant Orphanage tickets had sold out despite booking two weeks in advance. They did manage to sort us out with a ticket the next day, however we would advise that if you are especially keen to see the elephant orphanage and don't want to risk missing out, you book directly through the Sheldrick website. The experience was very good, the driver, Wellington arrived promptly and was helpful in navigating around. The Giraffe Centre was less than an hour's drive from Nairobi centre and it was very fun being able to feed them. After that, we went to the elephant orphanage, which was an absolute delight, we saw the baby elephants as well as the baby rhino and the keepers were very informative. The Beads Factory was very interesting and a nice little pitstop on the way to the Bomas. The Bomas was a fascinating watch of incredible singing and dancing of different African tribes. A really amazing day trip that we would thoroughly recommend.

fun experience, nice traditional homes and cultural dances. nice people, nice scenery. some of the workers will tell you that you can't record the performances but people still do.

The food was amazing and lots of it. The entertainment top off a great evening. Our driver Stephan was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.
