Greetings, We have issued refunds for this trip as there were mechanical issues on the trip. Additionally we rescheduled, free of charge for an alternative trip going out later that evening or the following day. With that said, we only ran into the mechanical issue on the way back rom the trip. The trip is 3hrs in length and at 2hrs and 45 minutes into the trip we ran into the problem. We immediately sent another boat and within 15 minutes were there and fixed the problem. We owned up and still offered refund and alternative bookings. All guests, were able to snorkel, enjoy the open bar and see dolphins, however we did not own up to our end of the experience giving guests the full 3hr and we took ownership of this.
