The whole crew was fantastic and kind and helpful, but I have to say, the Captain made the whole trip! I'm hoping I'm remembering correctly, but Captain Madison was so sweet and thoughtful, and my daughter, Averi, and I even got hugs on our way off the boat! I will definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling your way

Snorkeling in the Keys

Captain Madison and her crew Steph and Zach were wonderful and I learned a lot about the Key West. We were able to see dolphins by the captain talking to other boat companies to make sure we had that opportunity. When we did see the dolphins Zach gave us some information about few dolphins we saw. The three are a good team and very in sync with each other and able to know what the other person is going to do before it happens. They are a good team.

Great tour despite the weather not cooperating for sunset. Very glad we did snorkeling and dolphins too!! Captain Chuck, Canon and Jess were great! They shared some interesting dolphin facts and could tell they loved their jobs. Capt. Chuck especially! Beautiful place for snorkeling with lots to look at. Definitely a better location than our last snorkel in Key West which left us underwhelmed. Give this crew and itinerary a 10/10!

Worse experience ever!!

Worse sunset and snorkel tour!! First of all they gave us less than 30 mins to snorkel and it was full of jelly fish where they took us and water was not clear and no sign of a single fish. Everyone on boat got stung by JellyFish. Secondly, the boat stoppped working and we were stuck on water. We had to get it towed and we dint get to see neither sunset nor Dolphins for which we paid 80$. Also, putting everyone on boat at risk without following proper measures to check the maintenance about steering fluid which was broken. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going with this company as it’s not safe and it’s a total scam!!

Greetings, We have issued refunds for this trip as there were mechanical issues on the trip. Additionally we rescheduled, free of charge for an alternative trip going out later that evening or the following day. With that said, we only ran into the mechanical issue on the way back rom the trip. The trip is 3hrs in length and at 2hrs and 45 minutes into the trip we ran into the problem. We immediately sent another boat and within 15 minutes were there and fixed the problem. We owned up and still offered refund and alternative bookings. All guests, were able to snorkel, enjoy the open bar and see dolphins, however we did not own up to our end of the experience giving guests the full 3hr and we took ownership of this.

I know the dolphin sighting is a hit or miss. We did see 3 in the distance. The snorkeling was terrible. Nothing to see. A little bit of floating grass was the excitement. Was told we would look for more dolphins but that didn't happen. Did see a beautiful sunset. Basically hurried back so we could parade in front of Mallory Square to advertise the boat. Of course hounded over and over to tip. Other than the sunset, wasn't worth going.

This was a great tour! The tour we took had a female captain and crew, which was awesome for our daughter to see. We saw lots of dolphins and the Captain and crew shared there vast knowledge of dolphins, and we learned a lot! As 1st time snorkelers, the crew was patient with us, and took the time to help us get set up. We were very happy with our experience!
