Arrive at the central meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure time. Choose morning or afternoon tour time when booking, and be sure to bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and sandals or water shoes.
Step aboard the boat and enjoy the provided light snack or breakfast as you push off from the dock. Travel through Key West's lake passage, winding through lush mangroves, bound for a remote sandbar known mostly to locals. Keep an eye out for local dolphins and sea turtles going about their daily activities.
Pull up on the sandbar and don your provided mask, snorkel, and fins, then explore the underwater world. The water here is calm and the snorkeling is easy, perfect for beginning snorkelers.
Refuel with a buffet lunch, then grab a kayak and follow your guide on a kayaking tour of the area. Alternatively, choose to hang out on the sandbar and soak in the sun. After the day's activities, indulge in a glass of sparkling, wine, or beer and watch the sunset (PM tour only) as you head back to the dock for drop-off.

- FURY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH SNORKEL INSTRUCTION AND EQUIPMENT, BUT YOU MUST KNOW WHOW TO SWIM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SNORKEL ADVENTURE.
- Guests 17 and younger must have an adult chaperone at check in to sign waivers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A:Absolutely! The experienced and CPR-certified crew will give you detailed instructions as you cruise out to Key West's backcountry. They will go over the best practices and safe snorkeling and kayaking procedures for your day on the water.

Q:Can I participate in the Island Adventure Snorkel Kayak and Tour if I do not know how to swim?
A:All participants must know how to swim. The tour takes you about 7 miles offshore and there will not be a place for you to touch or stand while snorkeling. All guests will receive flotation devices for their safety.

Q:What equipment is provided during the Island Adventure Snorkel Kayak and Tour?
A:Mask, snorkel, buoyancy compensator, and fins for snorkeling are provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own gear if you wish. Wetsuits can be rented seasonally for $15 per person payable on the date of travel.

Great experience, but snorkeling area had minimal to see. Would have been nice to go to an area for with more fish.

Cold and zero visibility. Also there is no blue water in key west. Take note the water is green and not clear

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Nick. We regret that you did not enjoy your time out with us. Most guests enjoy the temperatures in the 70’s that we are graced with in December, and we do have wetsuits available to rent for those that wish to do so. The waters around Key West are a beautiful turquoise color and although we hope that every day is perfect, occasionally wind, waves, clouds or rain will affect underwater visibility. We hope to have the opportunity to take you out in the summer months when the temperatures are warmer!

Very memorable trip! Matthew and Isaac were AMAZING and attentive to our needs. Snorkeling was beautiful, kayak/ paddle board were fun, and food was delicious. I would definitely recommend them!

The best excursion we went on. Excellent staff! We got the boat ride, got to kayak, paddle board, snorkel and lunch with cocktails. A little bit of everything! This is the excursion you should go on! We had a great time.
