The pickup was on time. It was a large comfortable van to accommodate our family of five and a lot of luggage. The driver was very polite and courteous. It was a very smooth ride. Would absolutely recommend it.

Money well spent!

The extra money we paid for the 1-1.5 hr private ride from the hotel to the airport was well worth. We could opt for a bus ride from the train station to the airport for a lot less money but that would mean we'd have to drag 4 suitcases from the hotel to the bus station in an unfamiliar town. The ride driver confirmed the ride the night before, and was 15 minute early at the pick-up point in a super clean car. We arrived at the airport after only 45 minutes. We'd sure use the Viator airport transfer service again.

Our driver went above and beyond! We were running behind at our lunch and had a flight to catch in Osaka. Our driver picked up our bags for us at our hotel (before he left the hotel, he sent me pictures of our luggage to make sure it was all there) and then came to our lunch restaurant and waited for us while we finished our lunch. He got us promptly and on time to our flight in Osaka. 100% would recommend this amazing transfer service! Our driver communicated well and quickly with us via WhatsApp so even though we only speak English, language barrier was not an issue.

We will do all airport and hotel transfers with Viator from now on. The price was reasonable, communication was excellent, and both drivers were on time. I liked that one of the drivers sent us his name and plate number in advance which was added security.

The female driver never went to the hotel lobby to look for us. I need to find her at the street in front of the hotel. She did not help to carry the luggage and fit it on the car truck. On the drive from the hotel to the airport she was most of the time testing with her phone while driving. She was supposed to speak English but she did not understand or speak English at all. This experience was very different to all the other previous experiences with Viator.
