Amazing tour with fun guide/driver!!
Anne_F, Feb 2024
We took this tour with guide Emi and driver James, and both were absolutely amazing! It was a long ride to our destinations but Emi kept the vibe fun and gave us a lot of tour information along the ride. We had unlimited water bottles and granola bars in the AM, and the packed lunch was super fresh and delicious. In the PM we were given many bags of chips. James drove really well and the ride was very smooth. We also were able to stop at Glen Canyon Dam on the way back for photos. All in all an amazing tour, I highly recommend it!! 5 stars

Amazing tour!!
GiaLinh_N, Feb 2024
The tour is very organized and everything is on time, from inital pickup to meeting at a final hotel where the big bus actually leaves for Antelope Canyon, to lunch, instructions, dropoff, etc. I love how John (the pickup person) and Jack (the tour guide) reached out a day in advance to share all necessary info. They also responded very quickly and updated details very transparently. For example, John even sent me a picture of his car which he used to pick us up and updated how many minutes away he was. My fave part was also how the lunch bags were VERY nicely and carefully packed. Food was fresh and very thoughtfully planned. Jack and John were also super friendly and helpful throughout the day. LOVE how Jack informed the fast food stand at our mid-way stop in advance to make more fresh fried chicken so that when we arrived, we would have hot and delicious chicken to order right away! Be mindful that this is a full day trip with most of the time being on the road but if you really want to see the landscapes, you really do need to accept the long hours and it’s very very worth it!

The Lower Antelope Canyon was incredible. God’s art. Worth the long drive. Even though the Horseshoe Bend was closed Jack made another stop to recompense. He is so nice and informative. He gave us extra snacks and is an excellent driver.

April_A, Feb 2024
Jack and Evan made us feel very comfortable. Both have great people skills. My mom needed extra time and Evan made sure that she got where she needed to go. She is not a great passager but she was very relaxed with Jack's driving. My birthday was that day and Jack gave me a little gift. Evan got everyone to wish me a happy birthday. We would definitely recommend their tour. Thanks so much!!!

Worst experience- refund requested
Keshav_R, Feb 2024
Worst experience possible. For a trip we saved up for, anticipated for months, traveled accros the 6 it was truely disappointing. It felt like a waste of an entire day. Thw tour was not " a tour" we paid for a taxi service that was rushed. My expectations and rightly fully so was historical facts, stories, basic I information. We got none of that! We stopped of the driver told us 15mins we should be back. After 10 mins he started rushing us and made us feel so bad by saying because we were 2 min late he had to make up for it by driving fast. I felt unsafe being driven, not just because of the speed he was going to save time bur also he was constantly texting while driving. My whole family was in disbelief that we took videos of him as evidence Once we arrived at the first location. He just sat in the van told told us know your pace and follow the track. No Information or context was given except how to take the best pic. That's it! The canyon was equally as bad. No information was givwn by him.. just come at a certain spot by 12:45 and guess what- he was calling us by 12:30. 15 mins earlier than what he said It was super annoying - just tell us the real.time you would want us back by Also the antelope tour guide was someone completely different and the experience received compared to what we witnessed by other persons was an otter disappointment. Took out all the enjoyment from a once in a life time experience Tips on arriving back the guide was adamant about leaving a 15 to 20 dollar tip per person On the viator app. We all know tips are recommended and you give a percentage based on your level of satisfaction with the service. This is not compulsory and we definitely had no intention of tipping bug because we hated everything about the service provided. Everything! When we pulled him aside and said I don't think tipping 15 to 20 per person is mandatory He said given the amount of persons with us that's big money for him and he would have to pay the tip put of his own money!? He continued to complain and talk to us via the speaker for everyone on thw bus to hear. It was completely embarrassing amd unnecessary I have requested a refund for this purchase via viator because this was a waste and previous tours I have done in vegas was always top-notch, safe and informative. Don't waste your time paying this much for a taxi

Very good tour to Lower Antelope Canyon
sherinkhona15, Feb 2024
Pros: good communication from tour group throughout, nice/updated coach bus. Scenic drive. The guided tour through lower antelope canyon is amazing, worth the trip alone. Wear sturdy shoes. Cons: it's a long day so be prepared for that (5 hrs each way, but they stop at a good rest stop facility) for about 2 hrs of real sightseeing. Food was OK - Granola bar, chips, bottled water and boxed lunch provided. The boxed lunch was clearly a DIY situation, you had to assemble your own sandwich which is hard to do on a bus. Could have been better quality (wheat bread in a sandwich bag and kraft cheese, shredded chicken on the side). We had rain/sleet so horseshoe bend was closed by the time we got there. They took us to Glen canyon dam instead which was still cool. Couldn't tell from the reviews but I think Jupiter tours is geared toward Chinese tourists. Tour guide Harry was very nice and translated in English and Mandarin throughout the tour. The boxed lunch had Chinese writing throughout the packaged items, so couldn't tell what everything was.

Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated! It will encourage us to continue delivering exceptional service to all our valued customers.
Beautiful but a LONG drive
Karen, Feb 2024
1. It’s a 5.5 hour ride there and ANOTHER 5.5 ride back. 2. The tour is in English AND Chinese so expect him to say everything twice 3. I wasn’t impressed with the guides knowledge and/or public speaking 4. He says multiple times that they expect a $20 tip per person…but that it is totally “optional” but then he walks up to every seat with a tip jar. 5. Excalibur is the first pickup and the LAST drop off so if you get on there, then you are on longer than the others. 6. We got on at 5:30am and didn’t return until 8:30 pm, ugh!

Stunning scenery
Laurianne_M, Jan 2024
The lower antelope canyon was stunning . Our guide, Kyle was informative , pointed out beautiful formations & took stunning pictures of us . He also played the flute for us to show us the acoustics of the slot canyon . The only thing was lunch was very rushed, we did have a strict timeline , but our tour guide Emi was kind to have a stop @ a grocery store for a few supplies before heading back to Vegas

Excellent
Jen_S, Jan 2024
Fantastic experience. It was a long bus ride but so worth the trip. Jack is a tour veteran. He was a little hard to understand but knowledgeable and very nice. 10/10 would recommend. The bus we were picked up in was fairly comfortable. Although lunch, water, and a few snacks were provided, I would recommend bringing some additional snacks and water with you. Sanitizing hand wipes are a good idea too. You do stop at a gas station at a midway point to and from Las Vegas and Page where you can buy food. There is no running water to wash your hands at either Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Wear comfortable clothing. Hiking or tennis shoes for sure. If you went in January like I did would recommend wearing layers and a warm jacket. I was told this was a warmer winter and that temperatures get as low as 28 degrees. My only critique is that the tour through Antelope Canyon is a bit rushed.
Response from Host, Jan 2024
Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and 5-star rating! We do apologized that your tour was a bit rushed, we will use it to make necessary improvements. :)
Worth every penny experience!

Our Antelope Canyon Adventure, led by the careful and insightful bus driver, Jack, was truly memorable. Despite English not being Jack’s native language, Jack made a sincere effort to communicate with passengers, enriching our journey with valuable information. What mattered most to me was our safe arrival at Antelope Canyon and our return to Las Vegas. Jack navigated the roads smoothly and with great care, ensuring a secure and enjoyable travel experience. Inside the canyon, our Navajo tour guide, Brent, enhanced the experience with his informative insights and skillful photography, capturing beautiful moments for the tourists. The journey allowed us to commune with nature, enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Antelope Canyon and the stunning views at Horseshoe Bend. Overall, an amazing experience that blended nature’s wonders with a safe and enjoyable expedition.

It’s was a long day but...
Jayne_L, Jan 2024
It’s was a long day but worth it. We were with Jack, very impressed with information and details of pickup location. He explained what we were doing and very informative on the plans and insights as we drove. Antelope Canyon was beautiful, tour was rushed but learned a lot of the canyons, best photos spots and tour guide was great at helping capture photos. Stairs and walkways were narrow but pretty easy to navigate through. Horseshoe bend was great. A decent amount of people but breathtaking views and enough time to view take photos and head back to Vegas.
Response from Host, Jan 2024
We appreciate your positive feedback for Jack and are delighted to hear that you had a great experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. :)
It was okay
Alyssa_W, Jan 2024
Food was horrible.. our guide didn’t speak every good English and the bus was uncomfortable with no bathroom. Our guide also suggested that we leave him at least $15 for a tip
