  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • A maximum of 2 people per booking

  • Car Seat Policy: Car seats are available with an extra cost for rent from Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. Arrangements can be made with Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals to have a car seat available for the vehicle assigned. Passengers are allowed to provide their own car seats. Parent or guardian is responsible for installing car seats to vehicles and buckling child safely into car seat.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was wonderful. Text to keep us updated. Our flight had been delayed and was there waiting for us at baggage claim. Took our luggage and loaded it and then answered all the questions. Would use them again in a heart beat. Went over and beyond.

Driver no show. Terrible experience.

It got to about T-90 minutes until my flight and I had to book an Uber because the driver did not show up nor respond to any of my messages. No phone number was listed, only access to a messaging app. I found the confirmation email which had a phone number, called and they had no record of my reservation.

Driver was nice, but I wouldn't pay for this anymore

I paid about $126 for a Tesla X to drop us off at the airport and instead I got a Cadillac Escalade. I was very disappointed because I could have paid less if I was going to get picked up by a Cadillac escalade through like the Lyft or Uber app. Our driver was very professional and very nice though so that is why I gave this review at least 3 stars. And also our flight departure time was 6AM and the company didn't schedule our pick up time until 4:30AM and normally you should always be at the airport 2 hours prior to departure. I emailed the company about the pick up time and they would not switch the time to an earlier pick up time so when we got dropped off at the airport we had to rush through check in there was a super long line because it was Sunday and we had to rush to our gate to catch our flight which was inconvenient for us because we had no time to get any food or just sit down before our flight everything was rushed because they picked us up late from our hotel and we didn't even get picked up in a Tesla X which I paid for. So I won't be doing this experience anymore
