    Absolutely brilliant experience our guide Dustin was absolutely fantastic full of knowledge and kept the whole tour bus entertained. Would definitely highly recommend this tour was worried as I have never been on a helicopter before but couldn't have been smoother trip and the view🤩🤩 was beyond spectacular.

    Waste of time and money!!!

    A long ride with a small van. We (four adults) had to sit in the back of the van, very narrow with almost no view. We heard nothing of what the guide was telling as she was driving and talking with no microphone. People in the front were allowed to take pictures, as we could not get out we could NOT! The helicopter tour was fantastic but please book it somewhere else!!! It is a long day, more then 8 hours (they advertise with 6 hours) with a visit to a horrible junkyard/shooting range at the end. Waste of time and money!!!

    The whole experience of flying over the Grand Canyon was amazing 🤩 Was nervous 😬 about the flight, but the pilot 👨‍✈️ was great and the ranch was great too with extras like horse riding, av and they also had clamping with teepees, wagons And what made it extra special was we got to see the solo eclipse 8.4.2024

    We were a party of 4 visiting Las Vegas and wanted to see the Grand Canyon as part of this trip. We spent a lot of time deciding which trip and we were not disappointed at all!

    I have to say as a 50yr old woman from Illinois, I have a new appreciation for the outdoors and I now have a reason to go to Las Vegas. I can land and get the heck out to Nature and Appreciate what has always been there. I don't think I will ever visit a National treasure again without being in a helicopter. Going into the Canyon over the edge and losing my breath for a few seconds was something I never experienced before. We also rode the horses and the Cowboy heading that up was helpful and understanding that my Husband had never ridden before. Now my husband wants to take local lessons.

    Super comfortable drive and great driver full of information! Short drive to Hoover dam which was great. Then drive to definition for helicopter trip to Grand Canyon. Greg pilot and team and knew a lot. Brillant experience. Lunch provided and hot road back to Vegas then.

    Despite selecting pickup when booking the trip, the company sent us a message that the hotel is not on their pick up list and asked us to come to their pick up point or office. When we explained that our hotel is closer to their pick up point and we don't have a car, they told us that they will do an exception for us and come to pick up. When out hotel was on pick up list on Viator website, why the exception then? We were booked with other participants who booked a couple of additional activities, so we ended up waiting until they completed these activities. It wasn't made clear in the booking website that we will be required to wait for others to finish other activities. Ride to Hoover dam was smooth, the guide/driver was very nice. Helicopter ride was nice but it was shorter than expected.

    My grandson wanted to see the Grand Canyon for the first time on our visit. He chose this trip because of the optional ATV ride through the desert. The tour guide, Brett was great, the ATV ride was fun, the helicopter ride was a Major Disappointment for us. My grandson was put in the middle rear seat. He could not see anything but a wall in front of him. The people by the windows kept leaning forward to look out the windows and he was unable to see anything. Thank you to the gentleman who got the lucky seat up front and shared his videos with us. My grandson at least got to see what he missed out on. In my opinion, this middle seat should never be used. I wish we would of chosen another tour.

    Our driver (Cargill) was an excellent, knowledgeable, polite and witty tour guide. We are an older couple and he was good at anticipating our needs. I also noticed that there were other people at our stops trying to get pictures of themselves and he didn’t know them and was not responsible for them but he still assisted everyone he could. The helicopter ride was awesome. The pilot explained everything to us. We are so very very glad that we took the ride we saw so much of the canyon that we would’ve missed.

    The trip was fantastic and very well organized. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable for people of all ages and backgrounds. We saw everything we wanted to see and still made it back to Vegas for a show. Highly recommend!

    Very disappointed with the experience. at the time of booking it was mentioned that we would all get window seats. at the last min they changed the chopper and one of us was on a m,iddle seat with a low ceiling. which made the flight uncomfortable. Also there was a guest who bullied the ground staff to let him sit in the front seat with the pilot saying that he has paid extra. this after he was told to sit in the rear due to weight distribution. it was an unsafe ride where in the company put us at risk due to uneven weight distribution. will not recommend this company, but the pilot chris was very good.

    Helicopter ride through the Grand Canyon is something that must be experienced. However, the actual flying time through the Grand Canyon was too short at less than ten minutes.

    Brent was very knowledgable - would have liked to have went into hoover damn rather than taking a picture from the bridge - our timings where cut short which because we had the shooting packaged had been travelling from 6am didn’t get the opportunity for a coffee or breakfast roll - shooting was rushed . Felt that we were there on time and other couples where late which shouldn’t have affected what we paid for but did . If couples have to have down time there should been coffee or tea available. Team where great but just small things would have made the experience better - ie if a couples Late they should loose out not the people who stuck to the times agreed
