Overall, everything about the trip to both locations: Seven Magic Mountain and Hoover Dam were great. Mine bus was comfortable and duration of visit to both places were good. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the trip does not include lunch (sandwich). You might want to add $10 to the cost and provide a turkey or chicken or vegetarian sandwich. If you ask ahead of time during reservation or payment for the trip, the client should select what they want in their sandwich. Thanks

Our guide was great, she had snacks available, helpful, nice. The only complaint we have is the lack of organization (not our guides fault but whoever is in charge of organizing these tours. Got an email saying our tour starts at 11:45, then a phone call saying 7:35. Then another email saying 8:35.. didn’t like all the confusion. Aside from that hiccup the tour itself was fun

It didn't live up to what was included on the tour. We did not walk out on the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge (second highest bridge in America) nor did we go to the Hemenway Park. It could be that it was too hot to pursue these additional places that were listed in "what is included" with this trip. If that is the case, then there should be a footnote stating "due to extreme heat conditions" some of these inclusions, may be excluded. Otherwise, discounts should be provided.

We enjoyed every aspect of this tour. The group was small enough and the van was comfortable. They provided plenty of snacks and drinks. I would say that our tour guide, Joe, was the best part.
