It was wonderful. I liked how we were kept informed about pickup times. Who our driver would be. Kirk our tour guide was very informative. We loved the Dam tour the small group was awesome. More individual attention. The small group dam tour was well worth the money.

Seeing the dam and bridge was cool but the tour was poorly organized. The driver asked if we wanted to stop at a museum in Boulder City but there were 3 couples and we didn't know what the other people wanted to do. The guide/driver should set the itinerary. At the dam, he left it up to the guests what time to return, we had to figure on our own when to call him to pick us up.

Thanks for joining us. Let me explain, most people don't want a guide with then 100% of the time so we allow you to exlplore on your own for parts of the tour. As far as stops are concerned, there are so many places to see we could stay out on the tour until midnight. Our guides ask you what you want to do so you don't miss a dinner appointment or a show time. We just try to accomodate everyone.
As far as the pick up time, they are scheduled times so I'm confused by this comment.

This was such an amazing trip. The tour guide Kirk was fabulous. He gave us so much information and took pictures of us. He suggested the power plant tour which was awesome! This is a must see tour.

I called to verify start time and pick up locatiin and the lady on the other ends was very friendly and helpful. Our driver was Art and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let us see Boulder City and gave us the history behind it. Then he gave us plenty of time to walk the dam and take the tour of the inside of the dam. We could have walked across the bridge for different view but my youngest didn't want to do anymore walking. Lastly, we stopped for another view point of Lake Mead. Art had plenty of cold water and snacks for us. Highly recommend this experience.

We had an awesome time. My husband and I and our 4 kids (9, 6, 3, 1) booked this tour and ended up being the only ones on it, so he picked us up directly at our hotel. Our guide Lud was lots of fun, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable of Vegas, the dam, and full of fun facts. Also appreciated the info packet they gave us, which my son read front to back on the ride over. While at the dam, we chose to do a tour, and Lud happily waited for us as we completed - he likely would've waited even longer if we asked, super flexible given we were the only ones there. Overall I found it much more enjoyable than driving ourselves - this was much more relaxing and informative, and he also helped us navigate our options for tours and activities at the dam. Worth it.

This was supposed to be a VIP tour but we had such a disappointing guide. Art could be a good driver to/from a destination but not a guide. On top of that, when we talked to the manager to let her know about our disappointing experience, she basically said that it couldn’t be true since they supposedly have cameras in the vehicle. We told her to review the “tapes” so she could see for herself. I would NOT recommend this company.

Regarding Art, he is the Chairman of the Tour Guides Guild and trainer for new guides. He is literally a walking encyclopedia on the history of the southwest, geology, Native Americans, flora, fauna, and everything else. So your report is puzzling indeed.
In addition, for insurance purposes we have video and audio running full time looking forward and into all vehicles in our fleet. We did go over every minute of the tapes and Art was his usual amazing self. I'm at a loss as to your ecperience.
