      The guide did not show up and did not respond to my message. I have used viator many times in multiple countries with no issue.

      This is a scam. Do not book this tour as he will cancel 15 minutes before claiming an emergency. Spoke to Viator to have this moved from their site.

      Nick Brown Tours did not show up or return phone calls. Contacted Viator and asked Guest Services to call, both left messages but did not hear back

      I emailed tour operator two months in advance to confirm our tour. Once we got to London I started reading all the no-show reviews. In an effort to avoid that, I emailed him at 9pm night before. He responded at 10:30 with family emergency, will need to cancel. I doubt he would’ve lmk if I hadn’t initiated contact. How many family emergencies can one guy have? And they’re always the night before a tour? Very disappointing to miss our chance to get into Buckingham palace, as there are no tickets left at this point. And we had no other plans for the day so it felt like a wasted 4 hours. He has done this so many times, I don’t understand why Viator does not remove him!!!

      Changing the Guard and Buckingham Palace Royal tour - Me and my family went to the meeting point at the time as mentioned and the tour guide did not show up. First disappointment !!! After 20 min waiting for the Tour Guide (Nick Brown) we decided to proceed towards to Buckingham Palace by ourselves. Second disappointment: We asked to the Security person around the Palace about the event and he told us that changing Guard was cancelled and the visit to the Buckingham Palace either. Our plans were messed 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

      The guide cancelled twice on us and we never got to visit the palace. The company Viator had no clue that the guide is been canceling and rescheduling people and finally canceling again. Of course we missed the whole thing because of poor communication and organization. Would not recommend it !

      What a amazing experience. Buckingham Palace was so stunning and much better than i thought it would be. Nick was interesting and knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend!

      Unfortunately, my experience with the Changing the Guard and Buckingham Palace Royal tour company was extremely disappointing. They canceled on me last minute, leaving me frustrated and without alternative plans. What's worse, upon further research, it became apparent that this company simply rebrands the same tour under different names, offering nothing unique or special to justify the inconvenience caused by their last-minute cancellations. It's a complete waste of time and money, and I would strongly advise against booking this tour. Go with Westminster Abby and Changing of the Guard. Just make sure that the changing is actually happening the day of the tour.
