We waited with our bags for over 30 minutes. We were never told the pick up point after customs. I had to call Viator to see where our driver was. Poor communication… however after a long flight and transfer, we arrived at our hotel safely.

Do not book! Waited 30 min for our driver. No communication whatsoever to even say they were late. I understand our flight landed early, no excuse to be 30 min late. Don’t waste your money. Uber had no wait time.

Our flight arrived early however, we waited, almost an hour before our driver arrived to pick us up. Our expectation for service like this is to know what is going on with the travelers as far as arriving early or late to the airport. We were disappointed to have started our vacation waiting for our transport to our hotel in London.

Your driver was late to pick up and during our trip to our hotel during rush hour traffic took 2 hours and the driver kept falling asleep. He would use lane assist which would wake him up so he would open his eyes… very scary experience. Would not recommend him for future clients

Great driver but your directions to meet him were off. We were told to go to terminal 3 and we had arrived at 2. Bad instructions. We did get his direct phone number which helped but much walking with heavy luggage.

Driver was late to Heathrow. Contacted Viator support. Received texted reply within 7 minutes that driver was on his way and would arrive within 10 minutes. Subsequently received call from driver that he was delayed in traffic and would be there "soon." Driver did arrive about 40 minutes after we first started searching for him and was courteous and delivered us to our hotel without event (also without conversation- not a tour guide). He did give us an expected hotel arrival time based on traffic/GPS estimate.

We arrived on time @ 7:15am, cleared customs @ 7:35. No driver, looked and looked. Frustrated, called Viator, once “driver will be there in two minutes. Called again, driver close by. Finally after 55 min wait driver appeared. We paid for private transfer to avoid hassles of taxi or Uber, should have used public transit. Very disappointed after overnight flight!!

Driver was a total jerk. He started calling us right after we landed before we had even gotten off the plane. My husband requires a wheelchair and because of this we were the last ones off the plane. We got to baggage claim as quick as we could. Meanwhile the driver kept calling us asking us where we were. We kept him informed. There was a mixup at baggage claim when they showed the wrong carousel. He called us again and threatened to leave us because we were taking too long! We eventually got our luggage and headed out. Then he started yelling at us because he had waited so long and now had to pay parking for an hour. He was in a big hurry because he had another fare to pick up. I looked at the information we got from Viator about how long the driver should wait for us and we were well within in the timeframe. I resent that he held us responsible for him being late for his next pickup. We moved through Heathrow as quick as we could. I’ve never been treated so rudely
