This walking tour was fabulous. He took us to an area we had not been or seen. The gorgeous park and road leDing up to the palace was gorgeous.

Fun and informative
Excellent tour guide made it fun and informative. Saw many, many interesting things. Boat tour was great too. Our cream tea was cancelled which was disappointing but we understand that it was beyond your control. My wife and I definitely would recommend this tour.

People Also Ask
Q:What makes Harrods a must-visit destination?
A:Harrods is known as one of the world’s most opulent department stores, but there aren’t many others with the history or size of this iconic London outpost. Founded as a grocer in 1894, the Knightsbridge store covers seven floors with 300 departments specializing in luxury fashion and tip-top customer service.
Q:Can I bring children to Harrods?
A:Yes, kids are welcome at Harrods. In fact, its 4th-floor toy department is so cool that you don’t even have to be a kid to get a kick out of it. Lego displays, giant soft toys, and hand-painted rocking horses abound, while the Egyptian escalators offer fun rides for free.
Q:Is there a dress code for visitors to Harrods?
A:There is no official dress code to enter Harrods these days, although the store does state that it reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed inappropriately dressed. Considering it’s one of the world’s fanciest department stores, it’s a good idea to dress your best for this shopping trip.
Q:Are there any celebrity sightings at Harrods?
A:Yes, there’s a good chance of brushing past the stars at Harrods in Knightsbridge, the stomping ground of London’s rich and famous. Model Rosie Huntington-Whitely was spotted there for dinner; Kate Moss has helped launch Harrods beauty events; and shoe designer Manolo Blahnik is known to be a fan.
Q:Can I enjoy afternoon tea at Harrods, and how can I book?
A:Yes, Harrods is the place to indulge in a decadent British afternoon tea. Head to the fourth floor where the Harrods Tea Rooms beckons, offering tiered displays of pretty pastries, finger sandwiches, flutes of Champagne, and countless cups of tea—book directly for a sitting between midday and early evening.
Q:What are the best times to shop at Harrods for sales and discounts?
A:Harrods isn’t a place for bargain hunters, but savvy shoppers can find better-priced wares during the traditional sales times in London. Look out for end-of-season discounts, public holiday deals on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, or even Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, which are gaining popularity in the UK.
