    Galiana was very knowledgeable about the history of the Tower of London. She made sure we took some breaks in the cafeteria to warm up as it was very cold. She was great with our 12yr old granddaughter and was able to ask her questions and answer her questions so that she was fully engaged. She very kindly brought a "tiara" for the "little princess", which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend Galiana, especially if there are children in your party

    Galina met us on time and was very knowledgeable about the Tower and all of its legends and history. This was a must see historical venue and is best seen with a private guide to maximize your time there.
