    • Wear comfortable shoes as this tour involves a fair amount of walking, including over uneven surfaces, cobblestones, hills, inclines/declines and stairs.
    • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
    • Anybody under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by somebody aged 18 years or older.
    • It is recommended that all guests purchase travel insurance that provides complete coverage for any number of issues that may arise.
    • There are 108 steps to gain access to the Cloisters or alternatively take lift/elevator.
    • Westminster hosts many state and Royal functions and is subject to closure at short notice. If necessary, your guide will be able to explain any closures and refocus the tour on the available exhibits or location.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    A lovely morning at Westminster Abbey

    We had a lovely small group tour with Maria. She was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much in our time at Westminster Abbey. The Abbey is beautiful & going early is definitely the best idea; as we concluded our tour, the incoming crowds were extensive. Highly recommended this tour!
