Once the residence of the infamous King Henry VIII, Hampton Court is one of the king’s two remaining palaces and one of the grandest castles in England, having once been planned to rival the Palace of Versailles in France. Today, visitors can explore the castle interior, which showcases two architectural styles (the Tudor palace of Henry VIII and the baroque palace of William III), stroll through its massive hedge maze, see the historic tennis court, and view the largest grape vine in the world. Don’t miss the State Apartments’ royal bedrooms and galleries, the Tudor kitchens, Chapel Royal, or the medieval Great Hall, which has been in continuous use for more than 450 years.

Tour to Hampton Court and Windsor
Really enjoyed the trip- our Guide Morten was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about this tour. Would definitely recommend - our driver Armando too. The only minus about this tour is 1) not enough time to explore such a wonderful Hampton Court Palace. 2) Our guide were not coming with us to explore inside vision of Hampton Court and Windsor Castle. But in general i loved it. We were in total 16 together, and they were such a lovely people. And it was a nice atmosphere.😃👍👏

Step Back in Time with James
Our guide James was delightful and completely knowledgeable on this subject. His expertise was exactly what we wished for and his explanations of the art, architecture and history of Hampton Court Palace and Henry VIII was clearly presented. He pointed out intricacies in the architecture and history of the tapestries that added a tremendous depth to the overall experience. Bravo, James. Could have spent more hours talking to him about the palace.

Happy from Hampton
Our tour through Hampton Court Palace was absolutely amazing, and the meet up with our tour guide, Sheila, was seamless . Sheila was brilliant! She was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely seemed passionate for British royal history. I truly felt the tour was tailored for our party and interests and would recommend to anyone debating whether to spend the extra money for a private tour guide. It was definitely worth it !
