I understand your frustration but it was not the company's error, the driver informed you of the situation but it was after 7pm on Saturday and the office had already closed, you made the hotel reservation and the driver dropped you off at the hotel you selected. Unfortunately, we would not be available to take you to another hotel that is 1:30 hours away from the location you booked. So think again because this situation was not our mistake. We fulfill what we promise and deliver the best. The driver said he gave several tips on places and did his best for you. but he had another job at the moment making it impossible to help at the moment and he did the standard procedure which is to contact the office but as I said on Saturday we closed at 7pm and you sent a message at 7:20pm. Unfortunately, your assessment does not match the company's conduct.
