* 6 hours prior to ride we provide the driver's contact information to our customers. * 2 hours before the ride we will send the specific meeting location to our customers. * Any changes or updates can be done at least 24 hours before the ride to the same drop-off areas we go for other sites is not guaranteed and you need to call directly to quote a new ride. *Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. * Infant seats are available subject to availability not guarantee (ask for them at special request) * Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate 60 minutes waiting time for airport pick-up For international flights, you may take extra time at immigration and customs, if this is your case, please be advised that for sure you will need an extra hour and a half. Consider this when scheduling your pick-up time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ride from hell.

Driver spoke no English. He spoke Chinese. The driver was given the wrong city. The address was correct. He refused to take us to the correct address. When he found out the correct address he tried to get us to get out of the car motioning us to get out at a closed tire garage that was closed in an unsafe neighborhood near LAX. We contacted the owner and threatened to sue them if anything happened to us, two over 65 women with 4 suitcases on a street corner. We agreed to a safe location 13 miles away with the owner on the phone but the driver told us No. He took us to the original address on the request even though we were motioning to him to turn around. I felt like we were being kidnapped. I was afraid to get out and afraid to stay. We got to the original incorrect address, he took a photo and then called his boss. He then took us to the agreed upon location 13 miles away. They did not charge extra although the address I actually had asked for was 36 miles away I was happy to be safe and at a location where my daughter picked us up and we got home safely. Viator has always been my go to for all my travel needs but this vendor was a nightmare.
Not a great experience second time around

Our driver was 30 minutes late so we ended up taking a taxi to the airport. We nearly had to run to make it to the gate to make our flight. I sent an email to the company requesting a refund due to services not provided. I have yet to receive a response or a credit to my account. After this incident, I will not use this service again if I do not receive a refund or response from the company. Nor do I recommend this company.

He overslept

The taxi driver did not arrive. When I wrote to him he said that he had fallen asleep and we had to wait 29 minutes for him to arrive. We had to enter the airport again because of the cold.

Our driver was on time and waiting at the airport when we arrived but it was a chaotic pick-up experience and not great after an exhausting 24 hours of international travel. Communication with the driver about pickup location was not clear. I don’t think I will use this service again.

Efficient transfer plus cheaper than uber and taxi

Easy way to travel from LAX. I got sms and mails regarding the booking to help me understand how it will work. I was able to communicate with the driver via whatsapp through LAX free wifi after landing. Jun was already at the parking lot and I just need to tell him once I picked up my baggage and which section he will fo the pick up. He offered drinks and free phone charging. I will definitely book again.

Really terrible. The car wasn't at the airport when we arrived although he said he would be. We waited for at least 10 minutes. He told a lie about having been moved on by the police and needing to go around. The vehicle reeked of tobacco to the point where we felt unwell.

Seamless airport transfer

We reserved one-way transfer from LAX airport to our home at 9:40pm. Communication from Viator was very good. They kept me informed and gave me cell phone # and name of the driver who would pick us up so we can communicate directly with him. Also when I had questions they had an easy way to contact them via a link they had sent me in an email. It was late at night and I got a response within minutes. The driver was also responsive and kept in touch with us, he sent us description of his car and his license # and was on time to pick us up. Everything was seamless, we would highly recommend this service.
